When we arrived Mike showed JP all of the boards & he picked which one he wanted & Mike took the time to put the fins on the board with JP & give him a little lesson on surf safety & some surf talk! JP loved the whole experience! We've ordered other boards all online & now that Mike gave JP that experience, we will go to the primal surf shop & get the boards from now on! He was then told to leave the store and not return. After telling the one kid to leave this man kept trying to prove the little boy wrong over and over even though many witnesses saw he didn't harm the toy. One of the adults also mentioned there was a wall of children that were permanently banned from the store from similar situations. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. Having a wall of kids pictures is completely inappropriate and unreasonable. I do not recommend this store for anyone who does not wish to be met with this much disrespect. I hope this attitude and customer service is fixed.

Definitely worth the trip, but I understand it's absolutely packed on weekends. I have some mobility issues, but there are plenty of places to sit. I think most of the grounds are accessible for a wheelchair or baby carriage, but the ground is a bit uneven in places so you need to be careful. One thing to note is that most shops are not really wheelchair accessible, nor can they accommodate a stroller, although some have ramps. The shops are quite full of merchandise, so it would be hard to move around with a wheelchair or stroller.

These are stores much bigger and have lot more inventory compared other ones. There are sales going on throughout the year. Prices are usually good. The food options are not so great here. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds store. Few other chain restaurants are available too. There are no proper public restrooms which is a major problem. A lot of security personnels and police constantly drive around the area, so it feels safe to shop during day time. But I also constantly see suspicious individuals walking and change my walking direction to avoid any bad situation.

Here, give it to me, I'll put it back for you."; so there is no hard-sell with this shopping experience. I honestly feel like I have my own personal assistant whenever I shop there.
