Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Tire repair…read more Requested tire repair from website showing 24 hr repair service. Was told in would be approximately 24 hrs before they could show up to repair the tire. Price advertised for tire repair is $45 and was quoted a price of $189.00!! Don't bother to make a call to these folks if you are in a jam.

Of course every car owner hopes for a repair but new tires are part of life so he quoted me some and even called the parts people to get me a new tire sent to that location ASAP. I ubered home since we have 3 cars I didn't need it right away. No big deal. Got back to work. Well he called me probably less than an hour later and said they were going to be able to repair it!! He could have given me a new tire that I already agreed to and made more money off of me but because he is an honest man I got out of there for $23! Thank you so very much!

I took my Chevrolet Equinox here due to a blown motor. Had them do a rebuild on the motor for…read more$3600. I was under the impression that it would be good to go. I have had more problems with the car than before the motor went out. I'm not sure what they did but I know it wasn't quality work, it runs out of oil so fast now after an oil change and just sounds horrific ever since. I even called them and told them it was acting funny, so I figured they would look into it since I had a so called warranty on the work. Not to mention I'm missing bolts that I know were there before and even told them that. Took my car back up there before warranty ran out and all they did was an oil change instead of trying to fix the problem, and still missing bolts like they didn't even listen to me when I told them. Still having massive problems with rebuilt motor but I'm just supposed to deal with it I guess. I know it was just a rebuild but I feel like I should have gotten better service for$3600. What a waste of money, will never go back here again. Just when you think you can trust someone they make your car worse than it was originally and not trying to make it right at all. Would 100% not take your car here they will get over on you and then there is nothing you can do about it apparently. So disappointed in the quality and now I'm out of a car after only a year. Wow!!

I then complain about not being called to tell me they can't do it. They claim that they called me over the intercom in the store, despite knowing that I wasn't staying there because I had gone to lunch at a place they recommended! After I complained about not being called on my cell phone to tell me they can't do it, they now say that they can do it. Probably using a flathead to bust off the oil cap. To make matters worse, as I came in the shop the folks ahead of me were complaining that they were told their tires were in but were sold to a prior customer. That should have been my warning sign. Manager Nick is a complete uncaring jerk. "I had a couple of folks call in" was his excuse to another guy that's been waiting 3 hours for an "hour" oil change. There was no apology from him. Just a flippant response as he walked away. As I said, GO ELSEWHERE. Maybe if more people take their business elsewhere Nick will be fired and Walmart will get real customer service with real qualified people and tools to do the work.

This Sam's is a zoo on the weekends so I generally try to avoid it and shop during the week. The store is always clean and stocked when I go but again it's during the week (Perks of being retired). The staff is always friendly and o do enjoy not having to " prove" my membership at the door.

I was having joint pains and She went out of her way to go get me another one which was further away. She went far and beyond the call of Duty. My experience with Sam Club was Outstanding. We received Great customer service from Jennifer. She was remarkable and served me with smile, worth, friendliness and excellence. Please reward her. The store was clean and neat. Because of Jennifer and Sam's Club we keep coming back. I consider this Sam's Club location near speedway to be certified ready for World's Cup and for the new Kansas City Chiefs Stadium. God Bless!!
