Had my girlfriend and my parents with. Went in and talked to I believe it was Bill, told him our problem, he came out looked at our car, checked his inventory. I did oil changes on time every time, one of those magical times I noticed they only put 5 quarts out of 6 in my Grand Cherokee. Since then it started knocking and eventually self destruct. Thanks for that. Decided maybe its a fluke as the 3.6 has a lot of issues. Starting taking my new car there and I noticed a knocking sound from the new car.. I took the car to a different shop to discover a third party drain plug that was put in and stripped out and the engine had less that 2 quarts in it. I will never go here again due to poor service and the what seems to be lack of staff training/oversight from management. This is not including the visit where my S.O. was waiting in the lobby only for some wierdo to expose himself in their lobby. Did they say sorry to her? No!
