We made it home and woke up this morning to take it there first thing. They told us it was a Canadian vehicle and out of basic warranty so they can't help us and sent us away. We stopped by advanced auto parts and they sent us to upper lakes tire who actually helped us. After talking to our dealership, they said Feeny should love this kind of work since they will be getting paid from another dealership and it's warrantied work from them. We called back to speak to a manager once we talked to our dealer, and he told us the same thing. "It's a Canadian vehicle so we can't help you." They only suggestion they gave us was to go to muffler man which is closed today. Whether they could actually help us or not, they need to improve on their customer service and explaining things since they left us with no explanation of why they couldn't help us beyond the fact that they were busy.

Quaker state in town has never screwed up an oil change for me, I'd take my car there. FEENY will also pressure you to buy and extended warranty when buying your new car there. I did buy an extended warranty at FEENY when I purchased my new car there. I took it in and they said we can call the mopar rep but we don't think it will be covered? Why? It is expensive was their answer. Of course they are changing their tune now trying to blame it on me. Going on since January and despite multiple phone calls and talking with owner they will not honor the warranty! Also, many times I would try to make an appointment for a repair and often it would take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment! Is this because it takes 3 visits for them to do a simple repair? Is it because the cars they sell break down that much? Is it because they know I have a warranty they wish not to honor? Not sure but either way not good!
