I came a few months ago with my Chevy Cruze about the tires. Valvoline wouldn't rotate the tires; because they didn't want to strip my lug nut. Ken Towery's took really good care of me and said it was not a problem to fix. Today I came in and stated that I think there was something wrong with one of my tires; because my tire light came on but I had no idea what it was. They then proceeded to show the wire that was in my tire and asked if I had a warranty with them with Sam's Club. I stated that I did; and they said that perhaps they can fix it for me under the warranty. Every single time, I felt like I was treated like family. Chris was so kind and he's always got a smile on his face. I will continue to come back to Ken Towery's in Georgetown, KY for all of my needs.

Now to maintain the warranty of the tire you have to bring in and rotate every 5k. So at 5k i make an appointment for 2pm, at 1:45pm i show up BOL says only 1 in front of me, cool i thought. Now at 2:40pm I ask BOL when will my car go in. His response we are pulling it in right now. Hmmm, im looking at it not moving. BOL RIGHT TO YOUR FACE! The tow truck driver at Sharp's Towing recommended me to Riley's. The truck was dropped off there and I was at their office at 8 am. Especially when I had my catalytic heat shield replaced, first because I supplied my own parts. Many repair shops will not allow that. Second because they only charged me for 20 minutes of work. Many shops have a minimum one hour charge. Glad I found someone I can trust to do the repairs I can't do myself.

Chris got me the information for a place to fix my rim which I'm having done Friday morning, then going back to them afterwards to have the tire put on and balanced. I had a slight break down in the store this morning, and Chris was really great helping me and helping to calm me down (I have severe ptsd and anxiety/panic disorder). I just really cant express how thankful I am to all of them at the Georgetown location. They were all friendly and professional, and made me feel really comfortable while I was there.
