So, here's my experience with these folks: These guys are THE best thing since sliced bread! I took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop in town to have a sensor that was giving me a brake warning light replaced. Next thing, they told me they'd have to replace the wheel assembly. Next thing, they told me they had broken off a bolt in the axle & I needed a new axle. Next thing, they told me it was not drivable. Then the price doubled because they had priced the axle wrong. Next thing, I got cranky & pissed them off. Suddenly, it was drivable and I should come pick it up. Oh, and by the way, it would be $100 for their trouble. I pissed them off some more & they told me to come get it & never darken their door again. I said no problem there! Just by dumb luck & some fairy godmother looking out for me, I picked these guys off of Yelp. Called, told them my story. They said you bet, bring 'er in! They looked it over, sent me photos of what they found, along with calls and descriptions and answers to my questions. Turns out, no broken bolt. No need for an axle. They communicated with me about every step. Sent pictures. Were pleasant, straightforward and gave alternatives when appropriate. They gave me rides to/from home and I didn't even have to ask! They offered! Amazing!!! They pulled the fat out of the fire for me and I am soooo incredibly, over the top, off the charts THRILLED to have blindly stumbled into a nest of bright, honest, honorable people who actually seem to give a damn about their customers & the reputation of their business! Especially when I had my catalytic heat shield replaced, first because I supplied my own parts. Many repair shops will not allow that. Second because they only charged me for 20 minutes of work. Many shops have a minimum one hour charge. Glad I found someone I can trust to do the repairs I can't do myself.

A few experiences…read more First: 2007, I bought a car from Green's. It was a great experience all around. From the salesman to financing, the customer service was top-notch. Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. Even being in Louisville where we have Toyota dealerships, I'll go well out of my way to do business with Green's in Lexington. Whether you own a Toyota, need maintenance, or you're thinking about owning a Toyota, I can't recommend Green's enough. New car!
