That told me what wrecker service to call (Gulf Shores Service Center who just as great) to help me out. Once my truck was there they told they would let me know if it was my starter or battery. I went back to my vacation home at the Dunes and waited. To my surprise they called me at 12:45pm and told me my truck was ready after just getting there about 11 am. Here's the best part, It was the battery and it was still under warranty unbeknownst to me. They could have easily just put in a new battery without telling and charging full price! They are only charged me $30 dollars! Are you kidding me!! They are the most honest and dependable mechanics I have ever met! Back in 2020, my last review, I was just starting to build a relationship with these guys after moving from TN, and they have definitely lived up to that first impression. Even though I am just here for a single tire replacement this morning, they're getting me in and out just as fast as they did when I bought that full set of Michelins. The waiting room is still a great perk too. It is clean, cool, and has plenty of space to chill out with the big TV and free WiFi while they work on the car. They suggested I have it towed to O'Reilly's for a battery. Marty looked up my battery and changed it. They were kind enough to give me the best deal they could offer. Although the battery contributed to the problem, my car still would not start so had to wait and make arrangements to get home, leaving my car there, so I could arrange for it to be towed the next day to repaired. Marty and his team member were kind enough to let me wait in the store while talking to insurance and figuring out my next steps to get home. They were kind enough to let me keep my car in the parking lot and keep my key for the truck the next day.I appreciate their kindness and would recommend them to anybody. Kindness goes a long way.
