I can't say it more seriously to not bring your vehicle here. Even for brand new tires. Brought my work van here while in town to have an issue checked out. They said the issue was tires and they had the tires on the van in stock. After 4 hours finally got the van back. After getting back to the job site I realized they had put THE WRONG TIRES ON. I called and they explained to me that they didn't know they were different tires until I had already left. After requesting to have the right tires put on I was told the tires I have are two months out and they can't order them. They said they'd have a manager call me to work it out. After a week passed, I didn't hear from anybody, and the issue I had come in for still wasn't resolved I called again. This time I had a female who quickly ordered the tires and set up an appointment. I don't live in the state so I had to reschedule my appointment for another day. I am currently here, an hour and a half after my appointment to have two tires put on, and they still aren't done. They are offering nothing for charging me for and installing more expensive tires than were on the truck. They are in no hurry to get me out of here effectively taking even more money out of my pocket. And as I'm typing this there is another customer in here who also had an appointment over an hour ago and they haven't even started his vehicle. All in all, a very poor representation of a very trusted brand. Something should be done about this place. Also, I should get my money back for putting random tires on my van without asking my permission and it not even fixing my problem. All around bad business from this branch of Goodyear. read more

Called on Monday and scheduled an appointment to have my AC recharged. Technician said they could do it Wednesday at 11:30 am and it would take about two hours. Dropped my car off at 9am. Called at 1:30pm and they had not even taken my car back to diagnose. Will not go back again. read more

This was my first time there. I called several places and was told to wait several days for appointments. I called Goodyear and was able to make an appointment the next day. I arrived on time and took my car in right away for oil change and air conditioning. I told them I was going on a trip soon and needed to get inspected. They did a complete job and discovered I needed new tire. I was shown the damaged tires that I was the original tires by the way they were 6 years old. Had plenty of wear left to the tread but was severally sun rotted. Had I not gone there i would never have know the damage my tires had. I was so impressed I found a new place to get my car serviced and will be a loyal customer. I highly recommend this company and this service . Thank you Larry for all you done for me. read more

I went in for a tire plug and while waiting in the lobby with other customers a technician came in and announced that I needed to roll my windows down because my car smells like an illegal substance. I complied and went outside and rolled my windows down. After coming back in he still loudly states that his technicians have to take drug tests and that he will be spraying cleaner in my car, and I do not want that in my car and deny if he's only replacing a tire. I believe he could have handled this in a more professional manner instead of trying to embarrass me. I will not be returning. read more

Made an appointment 2 days prior than the day I had to drop it off. Dropped off 10 minutes early and they didn't get to it until 2 1/2 hours later and after 7 hours they said they checked the breaks and rotated the tires but clearly they didn't. They did give me a discount for it taking so long. But oil change/ fuel filter and greased front end took 7 hours. 10-5:30 for just an oil change, fuel filter and grease. read more

I had a simple flat tire repaired (remove nail and plug hole) paid $40. If you wanna get ripped off then go here. Manager is gouging people left and right. Guys working behind the scenes are good but manager not so much. He seems money hung who think he can get rich overnight bu charging double. read more

I want to give a shout out to Larry Collins and his crew. My Ford Expedition started vibrating on my way to Orange Beach for a vacation. I had recently had my tires checked by my local tire shop in Lafayette, LA and was told I had a year left on them, so I was surprised when I started having issues. I'd had steel belts slip before so I was pretty sure that was causing the vibration. I'm a long-time Goodyear customer so even though I was staying in OBA I looked for a Goodyear place and the closest one was Foley. When I got there the techs put me up on the lift and in 10 minutes confirmed my suspicion. Two of my tires had slipped belts and needed replacement. Larry knew my situation and could have charged me anything he wanted for new tires, but he didn't. He gave me a better deal than I would have gotten at home and had my tires (all four) replaced by early afternoon. I would give them six stars if I could. read more

If I could this place a zero I would. I came in with a 2006 Dodge Ram truck that was making noise. The guy road around with us to hear the noise, but he kept saying it was something else than what we was saying it was. We had to wait for one of his co-workers to get back from break for them to even look at the truck. They told us they couldn't help us. They didn't look at anything. Just because we were two females.
