As Demetrius checked for my car's oil filter, Jimi cleaned my windshield. Unfortunately, they didn't have the filter in stock, but by then, Jimi had discovered the oil level was so low, it didn't even register on the dipstick. The guys added two quarts of oil to get me safely on my trip and didn't charge me. What they didn't know was that I was headed out of town for a family funeral. That was a true blessing in a real moment of needed encouragement, and I'm grateful for their kind and thorough customer service.
