I said about how long would it take and he said maybe 15 minutes and I said OK so I walked across the street to go walk around a store for a little bit. Came back after probably about 40 minutes thinking my car will be done and pulled up into the parking lot. It was still in the shop and I had the store manager come up to me and tell me that they were not going to provide me service today because they don't babysit cars. I asked politely what he was talking about and he said the way it works here. Is you pull up and you sit in your car and we tell you what needs to be done and that's that and I said OK well, the kid who just serviced me didn't tell me any of that and I just walked away so that's not my fault. Then he said they were no longer allowed to service me today and I could come back tomorrow. Which I was confused by because it's only 215 so I don't know if he had something wrong with his life today, but he definitely took it out on me and I will not be back and I will be telling everybody else to not come back because that is no way to run a business. I mean I'm here and I have the money you just decided to take it out on me. I've never been treated like that in an establishment ever in my life. There are also ZERO cars here getting worked on right now so congrats you turned away business?? Also at the end of the conversation I was told if I was going to be hostile, which I wasn't I was simply confused and asking questions and asking for HIS bosses number and he told me I wasn't allowed to have that, he then proceeded to tell me he would call the authorities on me for trespassing. The man seemed like he was tweaking out that was the weirdest and most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. At the end of the day it was the new kids fault for not knowing, they SHOULD have told me that, and then SHOULD have proceeded to say they were sorry and serviced my car. I'm in the service industry as well so I get when people are rude and don't do stuff the way you like. But to sit here and act like I wasn't supposed to know everything t when your employee is the one who messed it up and then to take it out on me is BEYOND me.

Since i had never trouble with that before I asked him could it have happened? Jason said he didnt know but it happened while in his possession at his business. Jason refused to take any responsiblitiy for this mysterious leak while in his parking lot. It is VERY difficult to make a 7.3L oil pan leak, he said it appeared someone had taken a screw driver and intentionally sabotaged the seal. Anyhow i needed my truck so i paid another $1500 to Jason to take the entire engine out, turn it upside down and fix the seal. This was a miserable experience and very expensieve, and Jason couldnt have cared less, and i suspect he knew a lot more about what happened to it than he cared to reveal. Jason is dishonest and so are his mechanics. They are the lowest of the low.

I contacted Jason Short the owner about repairing my engine on my 2011 Honda Accord EXL, he came to my home on December 30th and picked it up with his tow truck, he drove my car onto the flat bed and damaged it by putting a gash in the ride hand side lower door panel. I expressed to him that this would need to be repaired and he assured me it would be. It was supposed to be repaired back on Jan. 6th, I found out it was just done on Jan 21st and I asked for a picture of the door to see proof and I did not receive it, once I recieved my car I saw that was completed. Jason and I shopped around online for an engine to put in my car and decided to purchase one at Flat Rock Auto Savage of Murfreesboro, I cash app'd him the money to pay for the engine. He made it seem as if it would be a one week job. He completely lied to me, he stated that his shop was in Lebanon, TN on the website but, he later informed me it was in Tullahoma, TN over an hour and a half away, too far for me to check on my car or know what was being done to it. They list themselves as being BBB accredited but they are not, I confirmed that with the BBB that they are not, and when I asked him about it, he said they are a joke. he speaks to me very rudely and unprofessionally, and he is instantly irritated when I called to ask for updates. He then passed me on to the shop manager named Stone Copeland, he was a bit more helpful, but he also promised me things he did not deliver, such as he would bring me a receipt, then he told me his headlights would not come on, so he could not come bring it. Then he said my car would be ready Friday January 17th but he later told me that he discovered that the axle/drive shaft was cracked and that I needed to immediately cash app or western union him $475 to repair that before he could finish the engine. He said he would order the part overnight and that my car would be ready the next day Sunday January 19th but then at around 3 pm he texted (not called) and told me the part never came in. time after time, told lie after lie, it was 31 days that they had my car and I had to pay for rental cars for the entire time. I was talked down to by the owner Jason Short via text messages, he was condescending and rude and called me names comparing my concern about my car to the loose of a child saying I'm overreacting, all because I asked to see pictures of what has been done, old parts that have been removed, receipts and realistic updates on my car. I was even threatened that if I don't stop he will not offer me any discounts for all the inconvenience that I have experienced. I feel that as a black woman I have been treated poorly, unprofessionally and taken advantage of. it took them 26 days to return my car and when they did it had multiple issues, alternator, power steering pump, a belt and tensioner that had to be replaced immediately, they also call and harassed me after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. as of today they never provided me with a receipt for the engine As of yesterday 8/5 I was copied the owner on all my complaints as instructed by the BBB and he immediately threatened me with a law suite for sharing my experience on yelp, no customers should feel threatened for telling the truth!!!!!!
