Dealership has since confirmed improper battery voltage caused the damage. Despite multiple visits and clear documentation, store management has refused to take responsibility. I was forced to rent a vehicle and pay for repairs due to their negligence. This has now been escalated beyond the store level. If not resolved promptly, I will continue pursuing formal claims. During that time they had changed plug wires and the coil and the bike still did not start. My shadetree mechanic friend had it fixed in a week and that time was due to a part shipping in. There's always an excuse with these guys. Well COVID, well my guy called in sick. I should have known when I called 1 month in and they warned me that another bike had been there for 3 months (as if that was a point to brag about) that I would not see my bike anytime soon.
