They explained what the issue was and got it fixed in a few hours. The pricing is also extremely fair. I will not be going anywhere else but Darby's Tire & Auto. As a younger woman who clearly didn't know much about the issue, it was nice knowing they didn't take advantage of that like other experiences I have had in town. I called/visited a number of places, but all were busy. Gateway was busy too, but said that they would try to fit me in since I would be waiting. In less than two hours, they were able to get my car in and fix the tire that had a nail in it. And for reasons completely beyond my comprehension, they did not charge me for this service. I asked them if they used oem parts. They said no. When doing my own research I found that the parts they quoted me on were more expensive than oem. (Always use OEM). Anyways I took it to a trusted shop in my hometown and they found nothing wrong w my motor mounts or my oil housing leaking. I fixed the oil leak for 50 cents. At the end of the day don't go here if you're not a local they know and will rinse your pockets.

Her car was taken to another oil change place that severily overtightened the oil pan drain plug causing the car to leak A LOT of oil. Lamar was great at accessing the issue, correcting it, and even power washed the area to clean up the mess from the previous place. Very fortunate to have found Lamar, you will be too!

I've enjoyed having my car serviced with Midas over the past few times I've been especially since my car properly running is a necessity for my job. I called Midas Twice and spoke with two different employees regarding an estimate or ball parked amount for servicing wheel bearings. I explained to Brody that I had already been rebuilding the front frame of the car and I rather not do an inspection (The car had already been serviced by a mechanic that inspected the car & informed me of what needed to be done) I only wanted to have the parts and labor priced or give me an estimate on what It may cost. Brody insisted on me bringing the car in which I agreed and informed him my work schedule is 7 days a week 12/13 hour shifts. I came to Midas today at 8:05 A.M sharp. I left the car with them for an INSPECTION. 8AM-4:25PM my car sat ! No service had been done what so ever. Even after having my car all day I still left with unanswered questions and no inspection. I left and I called and brody stated he would give me a call back in ten minutes with an estimate and thats still did not happen. I wouldn't recommend this shop for any services.

Normally I would just ignore it, but I had a very long drive ahead of me later and decided to get it changed and out of the way. I'm guessing they seen my out-of-state plates and as there was not a 'menu' or list of prices on the wall, someone took me for a ride. I will never go back to any of their locations ever.
