The gentleman who waited on me did not listen to me when I spoke about my concerns. I had to repeat myself for the services I potentially needed. I was asked when I made the appointment if I was going to drop the car off or wait and I had asked which was a better option and was told that it didn't matter. I assumed that meant that it would not be a long wait. At 11:50, my car was still in the lot my keys on the counter. No one had come and told me about a delay. I picked up my key and left so I have no clue about the quality of their service.

It's a corporate decision. I did it myself with moblle 1 for $76.06 less. Thats $304.24/hr all this for a simple quote took 20 minutes. You try it tell me I'm wrong. During the oil change the technician forgot to install the rubber gasket on the premium oil filter which caused the engine to sling oil all over the engine and chassis. I noticed the amount of smoke the following day emitting from behind the vehicle and when I pulled over on the side of the highway the dipstick wasn't registering any oil. I was across the road from a convenience store and was able to purchase 3 qts of oil to put in it. I called Valvoline and they were open and told me to drive it in if I could. I will say the staff that was there that day wasn't the same as the staff the day prior and were very apologetic about the whole incident. The mechanic in charge diagnosed the issue as a missing gasket and proceeded to change the oil and put new filters on again as well as scrub as much oil off as they could. The car leaked a good quart out on my driveway overnight that wasn't easy to clean up. Not sure if the technician was just having a bad day or if this is a consistent problem with this store but regardless I will not consider them for the next oil change and I'd advise others to heed caution as well.
