There bathroom is way out back where you have to walk down a small path way to get to and never clean. But most of there staff is polite and helpful all but about two of them that could use a few lessons from the others.

I got stranded and had to have it repaired by a Ford dealership so I could safely get home before the ice storm that was coming. The Ford dealership put in writing that the damage was consistent with Wells River Chevy Dealership's mistake, and I have all repair invoices, photos, and documentation. This dealership is refusing to take responsibility or reimburse me for their negligence. I am lucky I was not seriously injured due to their mistake. They have left me with no other option than to pursue legal recourse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

They have given me multiple reasons to why they won't. All of them involved me purposely sabotaging my truck. That was over four months ago. My truck is still locked in one of their bays. I don't have $9100 dollars to fix it because I'm still making my monthly payments on the truck. I am currently working with a lawyer but I don't see an end in site. I am now being threatened with legal recourse because if my post regarding this issue. In my opinion it's just another example of big business steam rolling over the little guy because let's face it. The 3rd party rack that I had purchased elsewhere wound up being a low-grade product that would have rattled every time that I drove it had Steve and Carlin not informed me of this and recommended an alternate rack. So I followed their advice and now that the recommended setup is installed on my truck I couldn't be happier with the results. It is a solid frame and mount that was installed so well if you pull on the rack the entire truck moves. This is a place to go to not only have work done in an efficient and professional manner, but also to have knowledgeable and accommodating people help you get the best version of whatever it is you're looking for.
