I also booked a tire rotation and was told to expect to wait one hour for both services. After one hour, the tire rotation was finally completed and then it took another 30 minutes for the oil change. So, I was kept waiting 30 minutes longer than expected and I paid over $30 more than the dealership would have charged me for the oil change. Live and learn.

He was so nice and said we could come on down to the shop. We got the spare put on really fast thanks to some nice gentlemen with power tools and a full-sized jack. We got down there and chatted with Jon. He said they'd have it fixed up and give me a call when it was done. He was so incredibly nice and personable. We went and grabbed lunch. He did call, but my service was shotty and he also sent a text. So, less than 2 hours and he had a beautiful used tire on her car and it was so incredibly well-priced. I don't think you can beat the service, time, and money spent to be honest especially with nice people. I can't say enough good things especially when he could have very well price-gouged, knowing people are in a pinch in that area. Good people.

We needed a battery and they were able to store the car, for a daily fee, until we could pick it up.

The staff here is remarkably accommodating; they handled my specific requests for tire/wheel placement without hesitation. While waiting, I actually enjoyed sitting outside in the sun rather than a cramped waiting room, and ended up having a great conversation with the team about local overlanding and trails. Most importantly, their inspection sheet clearly indicated that they verified and torqued every lug nut to spec. As someone who usually feels the need to re-check torque after visiting a shop, this was the first time I felt total peace of mind heading home. If you prefer "fancy" workers in suits and overpriced "free" coffee from a dingy old coffee pod machine while getting charged dealership premiums, go elsewhere. But if you want quality work done by down-to-earth people who treat you like a human rather than a target for upselling, give this place a go. 10/10 experience.

I dropped my car off to get my winter tires put on, oil change & wheel alignment.... It was at 11:00 am... waited for a call like usual never got one..they close at 4:00 pm.. 3:30 I called only to be told I was called many times.. I asked him what number.. he claimed he was given the wrong cell number..Being a 10 year customer I know my information is in the system.. when questioned about that I was told they upgraded to a new system 2 years ago.. my response was I'd taken both of my cars there within that time frame.. So lies!! After all that I was presented with a 300.00 plus bill due to a stud breaking off allegedly.. I thought if you broke an item during a service you should have to fix it.. not add another 80.00 dollars to my bill. I will never set foot in this location again as the service is terrible.. I'll take my business to the Littleton location as I like VIP.. I just won't be treated like this by the folks in the Woodsville location!!!

These guys really are as good as it gets! They'll never try to talk you into something expensive that you don't need--instead, they'll suggest ways to make it cost less--and their customer service is amazing. They primarily work on cars & trucks, but as I understand it, their work isn't limited to that; as far as I know, the only thing they don't do (or at least don't do yet) is tires. Check whether or not your problem has an engine attached to it, and if it does, call them. They're trustworthy, patient, friendly, and just plain the best in the area at what they do! If you're anywhere even vaguely nearby, they're worth the drive... or the tow, as the case may be.

I called made an appointment that same day. What a breath of fresh air!!! The shop was not slick, no hype to get you to buy expensive items, the man (jason) forgot his name but not his manner) He was direct, honest in pricing, great handshake, and respectful of us( we're old!) So great to see a home town business with integrity! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs quality tires. We were in and out in45 mins; they couldn't do alignment that day.
