I paid $31.62. Ordered:1 toddler swimsuit ($9.98) and 2 toddler sandals. I received: 1 toddler swimsuit. Also driver gave herself a tip of $4 which I did NOT authorize. I ordered online and the two pairs of sandals have completely disappeared from my order. Charged $31.62. So driver either pocketed the difference or kept the sandals. read more

Customer Service loading..... Just like most places in the Eastern Shore area - this Walmart is not customer friendly, food is not usually fresh / of great quality, and I find that the entire staff should be replaced. I must say - this is probably the worst Walmart I have visited and I have been to a few. I will not be going back. There are a few more options in the area and although I like a good deal - I would rather shop where I am appreciated and treated like my money is welcomed. I have been to the other two Walmart's within driving distance and found that if you are willing to take a quick drive - the Walmart in Denton, MD is much better!!! But, if you just want to grab some quick oat milk - Harris Teeter is a better quick option. read more

The management needs to be replaced with people who are actually professional. I experienced a worker being reprimanded infront of customers and the coach whose name is Doug was very loud and rude towards the person who was doing the job they were assigned in the area they were assigned, all because the phone did not ring he basically accused this person of lying and when shown that the phone in question was actually on and not dead like he accused he became even more obnoxious and rude. I have been a professional for over 30 years and have never been treated like this person was, this person was being treated like a mat to wipe his feet on and was upset when proven to be wrong. It made me want to abandon my cart and go somewhere else to shop for the items I was in the process of purchasing. This is one of the worst Walmarts to work for, I should of opened my eyes before accepting the position that didn't exist. From harassment that didn't get taken care, brushed under the rug like it didn't happen. Getting my final check, supposed to be mailed and almost three weeks passed, I call still not mailed, it was like a joke when they said it's still sitting in the back office. Now I got to go there and when I walk out the exit I hope the harasser is not at the door. This is why I did not want to go in there again. read more

I already almost never shop at Walmart because of the poor way they treat their long term employees. I went there recently for a specific item I'd found online that was stocked at the local store. Because I only had a couple of items, I used the self checkout. Beware they have a CAMERA at each self checkout. Ugh. Not HANDICAPPED Friendly I can hardly ever shop in this store because I am handicapped. I see handicapped people walk out every time I try to shop here .For one they don't have nearly enough carts the other is they are never charged because they never plug them in or or they will not hold a charge. @ Walmart. I just had the WORST experience with store 1715 and customer services related to walmart.com. for a site to store purchase of a $70 Franklin Sports soccer goal for my daughters Birthday. The purchase was expected on the 27th, arrived on the 21st. I was told i would get a phone call when it comes in, that never happened. I called on the 27th and was told it was not in but shows shipped so would be either that night or the next. I called back and was told it was not in but when it does arrive they will hold it for up to 2 weeks. I called back 2 days later, still not in. I just got off the phone with the store and online customer support and i was told that it was sent back and refunded because of different stories. The store said corporate put in the refund, corporate says it was the store that requested that and NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY TIME, AGGREVATION, DAUGHTERS DISSAPOINTMENT, ETC. Is this was Walmart has come down to in todays world, making mistakes and then to fix them blaming other parts of walmart and DOING NOTHING TO FIX IT. I cannot be anymore dissapointed in your company. read more

My wife and I made our trip to Walmart to save money on basic needs. We shopped our list and picked our coupons and headed to the front checkouts after 2 1/2 hours. The cashier was typical Walmart; non-caring and didn't greet and/or speak to us. After ringing our order she grunted the total and I handed her our coupons. The eyes rolled back and her attitude began to surface. It's bad enough that she has to scan each coupon and wait for the "system" to search the entire order for the correct matching item. Three coupons apparently didn't match and she put those on the bag rack. At the end of the coupon process she says $340. I said you missed these three coupons. She replied that the system didn't accept them and you owe $340. I replied that we did purchase the items and to call for the manager. The cashier pushed the coupons back towards me so I repeated, call for the manager and she barked back, I DID! Soon the person watching over the front end showed up and listened to the cashier. He then told me that either I didn't purchase the items or didn't meet the requirements of the coupon. So here I am, going to spend $340 and this multi-billion dollar company is going to argue with me over $3.50. I responded by saying "take the coupons and go thru these bags until you find the supporting items and let's waste everyone's time even more. He then told the cashiers to enter the coupons as manufactures coupons. I paid for my order and left the store never to return again. Target will be my discount big box store of choice going forward. read more
