Great location- lots of parking. Store is neat and tidy. Lots to choose from when I was looking for clothes for spring!

Another good Marshall's that is laid out well with plenty of merchandise to rifle through. Dressing rooms were a bit dusty.. staff were nice. Always fun to see different selections offered at different Marshall's stores and usually always at a great bargain price. read more

Bottom Line: Bright and well organized but not as many name brands as I'd hoped for. Until recently I had not been in this Marshall's in ages. Immediately I was pleasantly surprised at how bright, clean and well organized it is. Also, even though HomeGoods is right next door I was surprised at how many housewares there were in there. My biggest score at this store was some drawer organizers but I also spent a good amount of time checking out the men's clothing. I was hoping to find more name brand dress shirts and athletic wear but I also think it's possible that the selection was very thin since it was January and retailers usually keep inventory low in preparation of doing an annual count. Also. I realize it's Marshall's and the nature of discounters can be be hit or miss. In addition to housewares and men's clothing they also have ladies apparel, a juniors section, some toys, young men's clothing and children's clothing. read more

This Marshalls can be the best and can be a waist of your time. How to tell? I cant really answer. You will have to come here yourself and decide. On some visits I was able to locate so many items worth buying, and on other I left with my hands empty since all the "reasonable" sizes were already taken. Last visit here was from the second, we walked for about half an hour just to agree this is not the best day or time. I will come back again, hopefully with better luck. read more

I don't think I am in the demographic for Marshall's. To me it's one step up from a tag sale. Granted I must admit having found something once in a while on a spouse mandated visit. I find the housewares and white - sheets to offer the best opportunities for a buy. My biggest gripe is the shear lack of clothes for people of my size. I usually wear a medium shirt, pants size 31"X32" to which a maximum 4 to 6 garments hang at the low end of the racks. That offering doubles at 32" quadruples to 34" and goes exponential above 36" and more. Same can be said from Small, Med to Large XXL XXXL XXXXL. Really? Is it that America is this big, or have all the normal size clothes been purchased before they come to the land of misfit clothes? read more

Haven't been to this store in a while. Was horrified by the condition of the fitting room. Someone had urinated in my Daughters fitting room. Reported to the manager and she just apologized and went back to putting clothes on the rack. Gross and unsanitary. read more

Much better than your average Marshall's in Montgomery County. It has more of a 'Home Goods' upscale vibe. I was surprised to find quite a few stylish items of clothing and nautical decorative accent pieces. It will be interesting to see what happens when the real Home Goods opens up one store front down. read more

Will not be purchasing anything from Marshall's for their political stance. Yes they have the right but why make it public, just stop purchasing her product. Will never set foot in your store again! read more

I apologize in advanced for my lengthy review. My horrible experience happened on two separate occasions- The first time was around Christmas and then this evening. I've never had a problem at any other Marshalls location, except this one!! Rewind back a little... I was doing some Christmas shopping and I asked the manager (I cannot remember her name) if something I needed came in a different size. You would've thought she was busy and just couldn't believe I was bothering her with this. If laughing and carrying on with another employee is part of her job then I guess I did bother her. I brushed it off and waited for her to check in the back. Nearly 15 minutes had passed and I'm still waiting so I went to checkout. And there she was, laughing with another employee. As I'm being rung up I said "I guess you didn't have anymore in the back?" She responded "what!?!?" As I'm leaving I repeated myself again and also said "You were going to check the back for me. I waited exactly where I was for almost 15 minutes. What lousy customer service!" Fast forward to this evening. The same manager was there (lucky me) I understand it was almost closing time and employees want to get home, but that doesn't mean you can treat customers bad. She never said a word to me, not even a smile and honestly, I was ok with that. I was being rung up and noticed something was more than what it said. I asked the cashier, who also didn't speak one word to me, why was the price more. Another manager jumped in and with a horrible attitude said "someone put it in the wrong place. Do you want it or not?!? Once she rings it up, there's no voiding it." I told her yes I still want it and asked why there was no way to void something. I honestly was curious. That's when the manager who I had a problem before, sighs and rolls her eyes then says "because there just ain't!!" Thinking that she's just lying because she wanted me to leave, I said back to her in a kind of "I've had enough of your s**t" but also in nice tone that I never heard of something like that and what would happen if someone's card didn't go through or they thought they had more cash on them? She rolls her eyes then tells the cashier to stop ringing me up and says to me "Ma'am do you have enough money to pay for this!?! Or is your card not going to be approved?" Humiliated, I said "excuse me? Yes I'm fine, I was simply asking a general question." The cashier continued to ring me up. Both managers stood there chomping their gum so loud, rolling their eyes and whispering. Who does the hiring in that place? But most importantly, who does the firing??? Because they need to go and until then I will not be back!!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!! read more

The customer service is awful and the selection is nonexistence and I would never return to this location. I can honestly say that Tyson's Corner has the best selection and awesome customer service!!! read more
