Started getting moldy. Had to bring it to a different place to get cleaned properly. Frank wanted to "make it right" but we did not trust that the job would be done properly the second time around. Suggestions to Frank: Hire people who have pride in their work. Have them wear uniforms. Don't let them smoke in front of customers or while they are working. Inspect their work closely when they are done. Be willing to reimburse the cost if the customer is not satisfied.

I have an old Ford F150 (1994) which died on me while I was depositing some trash at the Bedford…read moreRecycling center at the Otterville site (about 6 miles north of Bedford off of SR122). This was on a Saturday so with help I pushed the truck out of the way and left it parked there for the rest of the weekend. We (my granddaughter and I) were offered a ride home by another person who was dropping off trash. I called the garage in Forest which I have been using for years, but they told me they did not have a towing service but they said they used a towing service out of Rustburg. This was a long way to travel so I then went on-line and did a google search for garages. I chose Jimmy's Automotive as as being the closest but otherwise I knew nothing about them. On Monday morning I gave them a call and he said he would bring a flat-bed truck and meet me at the site. I immediately left (4 miles away) and he showed up within five minutes after I had gotten there. He loaded the truck up and took it to his shop. On Tuesday afternoon he called and said that he replaced the electronic ignition module and I could come by at any time to pick it up, which I did that afternoon, and it ran perfectly! My costs were very reasonable and I am very satisfied!

I called Monday, at 3:15 PM, to check the status, and I was told it hadn't been touched yet. I had to call. A simpel phone cal, FROM them,would have made this a better experience. I was then told they werfe busy and swamped. I hae run dealer parts & service for MANY years. You are Never too busy for a phone call. I have used them before, and have been very satified, but not today.
