They did, but another problem developed while the car was getting washed. We noticed a paint spot missing after we got the car home. To make a long story short, Everett went above and beyond in customer service. We got a new Jetta for a loaner while ours was being repaired, and that job was done great. The professionalism of Matt, our service rep, has insured Everett is where we will always take our VW for service, and if the need arises for a new car, they will be first on the list. The service cost is reasonable, and as with most things, you get what you pay for. At Everett, you got a lot more. We highly recommend this dealership.
