Went shopping at Walmart while they got started. 30 minutes later still parked. So went to the donut shop a few blocks away and had coffee and a donut. Visited the autozone store, just killing time. In the end it took 2 hours to install 4 tires. So while I did get a good deal on some quality tires, and the end result was good installation and balancing, don't get in a hurry. This store on both visits seemed a bit bogged down with just a few customers, but still no sense of urgency about getting things done. That's fine I guess if it means they take the time to do things right, I just won't expect it to be fast.

When I called to find out if it was covered under warranty, I was left on hold for 25 minutes, only to have to call back later in the day. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told that the warranty expired after one year...no exceptions. Save yourself time, money, and the hassle...avoid Big O's. They don't see customers...they see dollar signs.
