The truck they used to deliver the mulch had bald tires and ended up getting stuck, tearing up my front yard in the process. They left deep ruts and damage, with no effort made to fix or even acknowledge it. When I placed the order, I clearly told the manager the mulch needed to be delivered to the backyard -- at no point was I informed this couldn't be done. That should've been communicated from the start. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to backfill the damage they caused. For a supervisor, Wilmer showed no consideration and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from a service provider. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company.

I couldn't really manage to buy them too far ahead of time and I don't typically buy flowers unless I know how they look. I've learned my lesson. Through numerous calls and google searches I came across Jadetree's garden. It's the day before Mother's Day, and she had been out on deliveries and said she would text me and then arrange a time for me to come by the following morning. Fast forward she was swamped with deliveries And I ended up coming by early afternoon. Completely understandable, and it was of course my such late notice so no worries. I managed to get a beautiful hibiscus tri-color braided tree which had orange and pink flowers and the yellow was yet to bloom. Jade wrapped it beautifully with burlap at the base and a white bow.
