They DO NOT have Fresh produce. But it's pretty clean and orderly otherwise. They do have a decent selection of many other items for the home. Gardening area is closed for the season it seems. Almost appears like too many employees, but that's not a bad thing as the Walmart by me never has enough people around to help!! read more

Worse Walmart I have ever been to. If I could I would put zero starts but I can't. I went to purchase a video games called fifa 21 at the electronic section. They had 3 versions of the game. One was $50 one was $70 and one was $90. I asked for the game in the $50 dollar spot being the cheapest. They rung it up and it showed up as $90. I was confused and asked why it was so high if it said it was $50. The kind gentlemen switched it to $50 which was the price it showed on the shelf. The manger comes and starts arguing with the gentleman as to why he switched it. He explained it was because it rung up as $90 when it said it was $50. Turns out the game was put in the wrong spot on the shelf and it was $90 dollars. The manger then blames me that I am trying to get a 90 dollar game for $50 and she had a horrible attitude. She had no morals and blamed me for a mistake they did. They have the games locked up how was I supposed to know the $90 game was in the $50 game spot? Such horrible service the gentleman who helped me was the only sane person there. I hope the manger gets some sense knocked into her. Such a horrible way to deal with paying customers. I ended up coming to target in glenwood springs and bought the game there. Way better service. read more

Went here for a TV. The one we decided on was sold out as was the next best alternative. The only one that they had in stock was what seemed like their most expensive set. All the ones that they had listed as on sale and great deal were all sold out. Why have TVs on display if you don't have them in stock!? At least put a sign that says sold out and dint make us hunt down someone to help us just so he can tell me they don't have any! read more

I just have to leave some feedback here. This Wal-Mart does not seem to ever have what you're looking for, but whats worse is that they dont know where anything is either. Good for them to have staff meetings every morning where they read reviews and applaud for themselves....meanwhile their customers are wondering around trying to find things on their own.....i have been told they do not have something only to end up finding it myself later......wow. I love the Walmart in Glenwood. So many of the employees are wonderful and I love shopping here.

This was the oddest Walmart I have ever been to. Went by to get supplies on vacation from Florida-where I have been to many a Walmart. First off, do not call it a Supercenter--it is not. It has entrances on each side of the building!!! Meaning when you park and go inside, if you happen to check out on the other side of the store (because you needed groceries perhaps), you take your cart back through the entire store to get back to your car. Seems like they are asking for shoplifters. Also they have very limited food items. No fresh produce, no meat, and limited pantry items, but they actually carried organic coconut sugar and about 20 varieties of tortillas. Very random! read more

Often don't have what you're looking for. I went in this morning to buy a cheap pair of shorts and a short-sleeve button down and they had NONE. NONE. It's October 2nd!!!!! Not December 2nd! Guarantee they are losing money from switching over way too soon. At least have them on a bargain rack. This is why people prefer Target. read more

I went to Walmart 15 minutes ago and my chip credit card kept asking me for a pin. I tried telling the older red head cashier that I was in Maine last week and I tried telling her how they got my card to work and she was extremely rude and condensing cutting me off while I was explaining h it to her and she said sir your in Colorado not main. She did this twice and walked away from me at the register. And I left and went to target and bought my stuff with the same credit card with no problem. She even told me to change banks. read more

I just met Bob in the electronics area. What an amazing man. My wife's scientific calculator just bit the dust and she needed a new one for school tonight for an assignment. He led me from his checkout counter to another part of the store and exactly to the area I needed in order to purchase an replacement. The one he led me to was the exact same calculator. Along the way we got to know one another and apparently he is a former physicist. Wow! What an amazing man and employee. Honestly the best employee I've ever encountered in any Walmart anywhere ever! No one to help or answer questions at 9:00pm. Had to call the store while standing in front of the their crock pot display to ask them to send someone to help me. Put on hold for 5 min then they hung up on me! I called back and the same ditz answered again and wanted to immediately put me on hold again! Finally a night stocker went by and I asked him if he could help find an associate to help me and he made a phone call and in moments i hear the ditz that answered the phone when I called earlier over the PA asking for assistance where I had been waiting for 20 minutes now. Still no one came!! I took the display off the shelf along with its price placard to buy it. When i arrived at check out a battle-axe proclaims, "We don't sell our display units!" So I reply, "Well say hallelujah and get me one from the back please and we'll be on our way! I've only been trying to find someone to help me with this for 30 minutes now!" HERE'S WHERE THIS STORE'S PROBLEM becomes clear: IT COMES FROM MANAGEMENT DOWN. NOT ONCE WAS THERE A SOLUTION OFFERED OR ANY COMMENT OF CONCERN FOR THE COMMENTS ALLUDING TO WHAT WAS AMOUNTING TO A DISMAL EXPERIENCE AT THEIR STORE! Turns out the battle-axe was the Customer Service Mgr and was either too dull to remember any training on the subject of customer service OR MOST LIKELY NEVER TRAINED! Will do the rest of our shopping at Target down the road. read more
