I eventually spotted a few folks parking and entering through one of the entrance and decided to follow suit. And of course, that entrance was just one of the many they had throughout the mall. From the outside it looked like it was closed indefinite. My bad... Once inside the mall looked like any other mall with various boutique throughout and a very small minor food court.
