My girlfriend is a very trustworthy person who doesn't like to step on any toes, so I was distraught to hear what happened to her at this walmart today. She was almost in tears after an employee accused her of stealing. He would not let my girlfriend prove she was innocent by showing the employee what was in her bag. My girlfirend reached to open her bag, but the employee refused to look inside and instead said that the recording he had of "her" was all he needed to prove she stole the item, which she did not do. He told my girlfriend that if she comes back to this walmart he will call the police. This is a huge inconvience to her, especially beacuse this seems completely random. I hope that one day this walmart will have better security and not have to treaten random people for absolutley no reason.

They took in my Tesla for a tire-swap and after five hours I get the call saying it's done. I arrived to find there's a bill for over $4,000, and the very intimidating guy telling me nope, the tires weren't swapped as they don't do that profile anymore. Well, if you don't do that profile anymore then why did you take my car in in the first place and made me lose my day. Once I got the car, I noticed the tire valve caps for all four tires were all removed and never replaced, the tires were taken off and put back on. So, they had to take off the tires to know the profile? And then when I went back to the same guy at the counter to ask why the tires were taken off if they knew they won't be doing it, he told me intimidatingly, nope, they weren't taken off and you can meet the manager tomorrow. A year prior, they swapped my tires which were off rims and ended up puncturing two. Well, never again. I'll not recommend their tire shop. They employ brand new mechanics who make mistakes again and again and no one takes accountability. Zero/10

I watched the mechanics work and it was a joke. They had open bays "waiting" for mechanical work, instead of processing what they have. There was a truck on one of the hoists waiting to hear back from the customer. It was there when I left two hour before. It doesn't take a genius to realize that waiting for a customer to call back should not occupy a resource. After each tire change one of the techs went out for a smoke break. Can't help but think that time adds up, and where is that time getting charged? The manager needs to do a better job managing his shop and trades. Until then, I would look elsewhere for any type of car service.

First off, there wasn't much selection for women, and a lot of their merchandise are for guys. Last year, I was able to find a $10 warm hoodie, but now, the cheapest one I could find was $40 and I got the last piece with my right size. My fiance was able to purchase many hoodies, and there was a lot in stock - for guys. This time though, I was impressed by the abundance of Timberland shoes, I was able to purchase a couple of men's boots for my fiance with a good price. I checked my receipt and the calculated average of savings I get is 50%. I would recommend still checking this place out, as this is a big warehouse sale, and they have a lot of different types of clothing to shop for. They have hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, work-out clothes, work pants, winter boots, safety shoes, winter jackets, golf apparels, even beauty products and jewelery! They have a lot of stuff from furniture to clothing to toys to appliances to fitness equipment. Most of the bigger items look like they are opens boxed and used. And their price aren't attractive at all. Some furniture like night stands and cabinets are expensive, but has dents and scratches. You are better off going to home sense, The clothings are new but they are only a few dollars cheaper than the Costco price tags. I even saw a "new" vacuum cleaner that has dust in the canister. I did manage to find what I wanted and the price was great but the over all experience left me cold. The older man at the cash (mid-50's) was doing his best to keep a cheerful disposition but the other staff kept pushing into his work area and were obviously rude to him. The whole place probably needs a redesign. On a positive note I got the batteries replaced in 4 watches by a very efficient, pleasant and helpful man in the jewelry department.
