I advised him that I am trying to refinish an antique picture for my mother in-law who is in hospital and that time was short to be able to visit his showroom. Most items are rather affordable (still cheaper than department store prices) and the selection is great! Not a good place to get a picture framed. Then when it came back to me it was framed wrong not showing the name of the artist, I called them and they said I had to call the framer, I spoke to the framer that said he was told to leave the artist name under the frame by the person I spoke to. When I called the store again they just told me it was too bad, no one wrote down what we talked about and that there was nothing they would do about it. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you do go there be sure to protect yourself and get written and signed copies of your instructions, don't trust that they will stand behind their work.
