We can one and two star this place into the ground but bottom line is its still going to be busy and packed with people. Seriously this place can be a mad house at all hours of the day. Doesnt matter if its 2am or 2pm. But this is place that can serve a lot of purpose if you need to stock up on a ton of stuff at decent prices. This place happens to be the epitome of organized chaos. The lines are always super long and take quite some time to get checked out. Even if you are at the self check out and you see those red lights blinking abort your mission. I m in the middle of rennovating my house, and the previous owners didn't understand that not having a door stop will cause your door to open too far and make a hole in the wall. So I spent a good 2 hours sanding down the walls and putting in dry wall. While waiting for the dry wall to dry, I remembered that there was a Walmart around the corner. I came down here and picked up 2 doorstops for $2.50. You can beat that. $2.50 and no more holes in the walls. This place isn't as big as the other Walmarts, but since the family sizes are usually smaller at this location, this automatically cuts down the wait times at lines. I wish there was a self check stand though, either ways it didn't me long to go in and out. I m going to be a regular at this new location once I get all moved in. Bye bye ghetto Anaheim Walmart. PS. I saw the complaints about this Walmart..obviously you guys have been spoiled! Try going to a Walmart in Santa Ana and Anaheim. JANUARY 12, 2021 (Ref: Customer Host Ana) - My friends and I came to this Walmart to buy a 65" TV. We went to the McDonald's in the store first. We were eating our food when a Customer Host named Ana told us we were not allowed to eat/drink. Fair enough. We closed our food but Ana changed her story and said we can't have food AT ALL. She said she was kicking us out. So we start to leave but she started escorting us out as if we did something egregious. We were treated in such a disgusting way. She walked us all the way out the door, so we couldn't even buy our TV for my brother's birthday. Never have I had such a terrible experience at any Walmart, and will not bring my business to ANY location until the chain reviews their customer service policy. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I normally do not voice concerns because I know that people are not perfect. However, the experience I just had last night (12/6/15) with Store #2546 was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've been through. It was 11:45pm and I was under the impression that the particular store closes at midnight. When I went on the Walmart website to see the hours it said "Open 24 hours." So before I left to head to the store, I tried calling to ask what the hours were, no one picked up after letting it ring for a good minute. I then left to drive to the store because it was so close to midnight. I tried calling again on my way and after about 2 minutes of ringing, what I can only assume as an associate picked up the phone, I heard talking and laughing in the background and then I was hung up on, without being talked to at all. I thought it may have been an accident so I called again and after about 30 seconds the phone was picked up and immediately hung back up ending my call again, without talking to anyone. I made it to the store only to find out it was indeed closed at midnight. This was a complete waste of time, money for the gas I spent driving over there, and blatant disrespect that I didn't deserve. I was simply trying to find out the store hours. I get it, I'm in customer service as well, and I can sympathize with just wanted to close up shop when operating hours are almost over. However, no matter how close it is to going home, no guest/customer deserves that kind of disrespect of being ignored and purposefully hung up on. I would not have driven out to the store had that associate answered the phone the first time I called and told me the store hours. I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I experienced from this store before I had even made it inside the doors. I hope that this will make it to the right people and some type of constructive coaching/teaching will go on about handling EVERY customer, EVERY time, no matter the time of day or how close it is to the store closing. I will most likely return to the store because I appreciate the products they provide at the prices they charge, however my attitude towards the management and customer service of this store is definitely down the drain. read more

The pharmacy at this place is horrible. I dont post too much on Yelp. I own a business and Yelp is a bunch of Passive aggressive BS. What I write was told to the manager. Week and a half waiting for a prescription. I've called the last 2 days and nobody can tell me when or where the prescription is going to be in. They told me Wednesday and here we are going on to Friday. My gut tells me it wont be there tomorrow. I've been out of my prescription for about 5 days now. You think the low end customer service reps give a sh*t? Nope. Look, I know I'm at Walmart so I'm not looking for red carpet treatment. So I show up for a return and I'm number five in line and after 10 minutes the line had grown to 10 and I was still number five with the one associate in charge of returns (Troy) seemingly not caring at all or calling for help and others saw us see us walking by not jumping in so I actually called the store from the line and let it ring for five minutes with nobody answering (to report it to the store manager) and after another five minutes on the phone with no answer I was still number four in line and it had grown to a dozen people . This place makes the DMV look fast efficient and helpful, it's the absolute worst except for one employee named Tom Davis who is great and always very helpful. Susan joined the return desk and ended up helping me and she was actually very nice so there are some exceptions but overall a horribly run store with mostly catatonic employees. It's time to go back to target even if it cost five bucks more per visit.. read more

Its Wal-Mart, I dont want to sound mean or anything, but all the wal-marts ive been too have always been dirty, and rarely have friendly people. This Wal-mart was pretty empty, and im talking about the inventory I was hoping to find sweet tart chewys, but they didnt have anything....all the candy was gone! The people who work the customer service phones are horrible. I don't know what it was, but I kept getting hung up on whenever I was put "on hold", or I would be put on hold for over 10 minutes at a time, so it took several tries before I was able to get the information that I needed. Honestly, I prefer Target over Walmart. I've been to a good many Walmarts, in all sorts of different areas, and they all seem to be crowded, disorganized, and dirty. Employees are like rare or endangered species here - where are all of them?! They can smell your need for assistance, I swear, and then they just all run away. Unfortunately, this is my local Walmart Store. I know it like the back of my hand; however, I have been to better stores. I mostly visit this store late at night to avoid the crowd and craziness since this store open 24/7. I recommend going late at night if you don't mind them stocking the shelves. The customer service is always a hit or miss. This store is not consistent at all on all levels. Everything is cheap though. Do not ever eat at the Mc Donalds at this place either! Go in with a list of what you need and then you will be fine...the back of the store by the toys are where they normally have the specials, bulk items, and seasonal stuff. Good luck! read more

Their really should be an option to leave a review without starts. I ordered a dresser which I would have preferred to have delivered to my home but it wasn't an option (only in store pick up). When I arrived I notified the store through the app at 5:30pm. The problem was, curbside pickup was not available at the front of the store in the designated spaces. The sign read "under construction" although there was no construction in sight. The sign also said to go around to the BACK of the store. I must have driven to the back of the store several times trying to find a sign when I came across an employee who had no idea what was going on and was no help at all. I then camera across a security guard who was to the rear of the store and he lead me to a parking area with a small orange sign with a phone number on it. You would think if they were moving the pick up area it would be easier to find. The security guard also mentioned just keep calling the number, they will answer eventually... REALLY? WOW! I called the number on the sign over 2 dozen times before I stormed into the store. I asked the doorman at the entrance where I could located someone for curbside pick up and he pointed me to the back of the store. I informed him that the item was heavy and that I had called the number for assistance and no one was answering. Another gentleman approached me and informed me that he would call someone to meet me behind the store.. I quickly let him know that I would like to confirm that someone was coming before I wasted even more of my time. He assured me that someone would be their so I again, drove to the back of the store in the bootleg area they called curbside pick up. A woman arrived with my item in the cart but the problem was she couldn't lift it. I asked how she got the item in the cart and she replied "I didn't." I told her I couldn't lift it either so she then decided to ask for help. Another associate quickly arrived and lifted the item into my vehicle. I left the store at almost 6:30pm due to complete negligence. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Walmart. DO BETER read more

These five stars are for the two employees I am mentioning. There is a shorter African American guy who checks receipts at the door. He is so cool and friendly everytime he's there. There is another African American guy who wears glasses and works in the electronics section, again friendliest guy in that department. I should probably ask their names but I'm always so busy. Walmart and I have a love hate relationship. I love Walmart overall because it's so big and has variety. But there are some that I just can't stand, this is one of them. There are so many rude, weird, creepy people that shop here (the majority of shoppers here that is). People running you over, cutting you off, stepping on you... it's incredible. Parking is a bitch, most people in the parking lot are rude and stupid, sure walk off a curb in front of a moving car, what are you invincible?! The rows to park in are all one way only, and every time I go here I find that there is an open spot like 5 spaces down, but someone who had to wait for the 2nd spot and hold up the rest of the parking lot. I do like a couple things about this particular Walmart -- This Walmart is open 24 hours a day so if you really need something or want to avoid crazy parking lots you should go really late or early. You will still get the weirdos, but you will also get a parking spot and be able to shop without getting ran over by shoppers, however beware because this is when they replenish their stock so there are pallets galore on the sales floor and you may get ran over by an employee. There is also a chance that the item that you just so happen to want is behind a pallet stacked 34,950,834 miles high. Also the cashiers are very diligent about checking your ID to make sure that you are who your credit card says you are. I like that, a lot of places don't check at all. read more

I overall like the store itself, but I'm annoyed with the fact that every time I go there someone is standing by the front entrance asking for donations or begging for money. I donated a couple times in the past, and I shouldn't get the side eye when I say sorry I can't today. Walmart needs to put a stop to it. Man, what can you say about good old Walmart. This place, with its treatment of its workers and the benefits offered to them and stuff is crazy. The delicious prices are what keeps you coming back, but you know it's wrong somehow. It's like being in New York and your walking down the street and there's guy selling hot dogs,now you know you're not supposed to eat them because they're bad for you but they're so freaking delicious and so you eat them and then afterwards you feel like you want to puke and you wonder how you ever let these things get inside of you. Check your receipt! There are a lot of mistakes on it that wind up over charging you. I complained about it happening to me 6 weeks in a row to corporate. They never bothered to get back with me. The prices are great when you actually get charged the right ones. I was spending $500 a month at this store. Now I go once a month when I need dog food. read more
