Pharmacist "Kendra" is the worst of all-extremely rude, condescending and literally threw my medications on the counter while waiting 20 minutes to be filled-previously called and asked if they were ready, they said yes. Not to mention several other rude, demeaning and unprofessional behavior towards me. I will never revisit. All medication will be diverted to a new, friendly pharmacy.

You have a lot of nerve calling this a Supercenter. Employees goofing around, yelling across the store and parking lot to each other. Not many shoppers but very long checkout lines. Nowhere near enough self-checkout lanes, and even fewer live checkers. Here's a tip - if you are going to be stupid and eliminate self-checkout, put more people at traditional registers. We were in line for self-checkout and one of the workers yelled "Open on 7", so we went down there only to find a customer with about 100 items. We moved over to the "express" line which was manned by the dullest, slowest, least customer friendly guy we have ever encountered. No hello, no total of the sale, no thank you, he didn't even turn the bag carousel around which caused us to leave one bag behind. Ok, it's a very small town, but come on Walmart, at least give your employees here a little customer service training. Right now it's HORRIBLE!!!

Their online COVID testing appointment making, does not work…read more Plain and simple tried several different variations of trying to set up one or the other (rapid or the test that takes a couple days to get back) after putting in all my information and submitting for an appointment, the screen keeps reloading and tells me there's no stores In the area so after being on the phone with the robot and after multiple button presses, I FINALLY got an actual human that transferred me to the pharmacy where MICHEAL picked up told me that the rapid test are not available at this location. Even tho previously to this phone call, I had tried setting up an appointment with both the rapid and the other one. Both failed to submit an appointment online. After I have told Micheal this I ask if he can help make an appointment "right now, verbally, over the phone, in this moment" I've have the most absolute difficulty trying to do it online and his answer was "No" Straight up "No" No... you can't help me? No... you aren't gunna go see if there's any way you can make this easier? I will come in to the store unmasked and speak directly to Micheal if that is what he would like? Micheal would you like to get sick and become frustrated because you can't schedule an appointment with an actual human that was more capability than a computer system?

December 13th 2015 I ran out of my prescription. December 14th, I called Hugo's Pharmacy and…read moreexplained that I ran out and didn't get paid for a few more days. I asked if they could give me one or two until I came back and filled it when i was paid. This was never a problem before as they just took it out of my next prescription. This time, however, they said they would have to charge me 8 bucks. They offered no explanation for the change, and refused to budge. Afterwards, I did what consumers do and posted a one star review on Yelp with this same explanation... What I didn't know at the time was that the owner of Hugo's was on my agency's board of directors and Hugo's was a financial donor to our agency (Prairie Harvest Mental Health) as well. When the CEO and my supervisor of my agency discovered my review, i was told to remove it.. I removed it as my job was in jeopardy. I am returning it now as I no longer fear losing my job by this blatantly unethical attempt to silence criticism. I refuse to be bullied. I will leave it up to whoever reads this to decide if the owner of Hugo's pressured my agency's CEO to have me remove it. Hugo's is an unethical company and will use whatever means to silence any criticism of it.

I have always shopped at WalMart since I was a child. However my heart is heavy as I write this and…read moretears shed over humiliation burn hot. I had been using the WalMart pay app for awhile, never had an issue until today. I'm not one made of money, I'm starting a new job and I'm quite poor. To my own shame relying on charity of loved ones who gave me their card to use so that I shan't go hungry and my cat wouldn't starve. The app bugged out and blocked my payments after getting much needed groceries after loosing power in my apartment and my food rotted. It took over two hours with my sister and her bank to find out that it wasn't the bank's fault but the app. I was spoken to by the staff as if I were a liar and a thief. They refused to help and played the blame game refusing to help me. This whole ordeal went over 4hours while I was passed from person to person on the phone and in store. There was no kindness or want to help, I was treated as an inconvenience and with keen suspicion. I was humiliated, and treated with contempt. I will never shop at a WalMart again this is not Sam Walton's store.
