Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have the prescription, so my doctor had to call again. The tech checked the voicemail and was able to push my order through. Waited an hour from start to finish. The person that was helping me check out wasn't friendly either, which just added to my negative experience. Been told sub par service was common among CVS, but this was my first time experiencing so many technical issues just for a pick up.

They are not taking walk ins, so save a trip by booking BOTH appointments online. The first shot was fine, I came in, did paperwork and got my shot 5-10 minutes later. Today I came for my second shot and I waited almost an hour for a pharmacy technician to give me my shot, not even the pharmacist. She couldn't be bothered. Nor was wearing her mask properly. The tech was super nice, patient and answered all of my questions. He did look tired but I don't blame him.
