The office is absolutely sterile, well lit, secure, great parking and access, honestly world class speed. Even with the world as it is at this moment, I feel secure and confident with her presence, she is incredibly attentive, accurate and I have never once experienced bruising, bleeding or other complications - I am historically a difficult draw. She is warp speed accurate, fast, painless, efficient and an excellent experience without fail. Her personal memory of each patient is astounding as she greets people by name with the charm only Southern women can do. Update! The stars…read morealigned. I called once again to ask for an insurance denial code to try going through the insurance side instead of quest. I didn't tell this new representative that I had been calling for months and had spent over a dozen hours on the phone, I simply asked for the denial code. The new representative typed for a few minutes, hmmm'd, then said, "Oh, we've been billing your insurance incorrectly. Let me fix that." Let me fix that? Did I hear her correctly? I started crying to this stranger and said "Wait, you're allowed to just bill my insurance? You're not going to tell me you have to bill the wrong people because of your policy to bill the state the doctor got their license in instead of the state I got the test done and my insurance is located?" And she responded, "...is that what others have been telling you?" And I said, "Yes. Multiple people as well as a supervisor told me this." And she validated me with an exasperated "...oh my gosh." And. Fixed. The. Issue. I haven't received another bill since speaking to her almost six months ago. I'm still never using quest again, but FINALLY, someone helped me instead of quoting a made up policy.

My husband and I have been to the North Augusta Walmart Little Clinic. He went 2 times for…read morediagnosis of flu and for an injured knee. I went 3 times with asthma related issues. We were both dealt with professionally. The diagnosis was in line with our symptoms and appropriate medicine and services were given. I was referred for an x-ray. They Clinic office was timely in notifying me about the results of the x-ray. They have called several times to check on my problem. We both have very competent health care professionals, however, it is not always easy to schedule an appointment. Therefore,we will continue to go to the North Augusta Walmart Little Clinic because of the hours they are open and the care we have received.

I was a walk in patient. There were two people ahead of me. I signed in, filled out paperwork and was told it wouldn't be long. Then two other people walked in. They were all taken back while I was left sitting. I asked how much longer and was told the other two had appointments but it wouldn't be much longer, maybe 20 minutes. It was way longer than 20 minutes. I finally got back into a room. Vitals were taken and then I had to wait for a "nurse" to come in to take my information. For someone in that position to not know what a very well known prescription was so she could type it into my information surprised me. Then for her to not know what congestive heart failure was when we were going over family history, really worried me (about what she does and doesn't know). Again, I waited a long time but the practitioner came in. She was nice enough, but still didn't seem to understand my problem and was very little help. They ran two tests, both of which I had to do the test itself, MYSELF, handing it to them when I was done. They told me it would take two days to get back the results (of which I paid extra to get the lab work sent off). This was on a Thursday. This is now Monday night, I have called repeatedly today-Monday-and they still won't call me back with my results. I did talk to someone there, but they had to get someone up front to call me with the results, to which no one ever called. They also told me when I was there that they would call in a prescription for an antibiotic and for me to pick it up if symptoms started getting worse. I called today (Monday) and nothing was ever called in. They fell down on the job all of the way around. Basically, if it was something very serious, I could be in real trouble by now. This was single handedly the WORST medical experience I have ever had.
