For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. I have continued coming here purely for proximity to my home and after I was in the middle of explaining a situation (after an Rx reversal they did by mistake) and realized music started playing.....put on hold with no warning today that sealed the deal for me. We're a family of six and frequently need prescriptions filled and nearly every time I come I wonder what rude employee I will encounter. Fortunately, there are many more pharmacies and delivery options that are much more convenient and I don't have to deal with pharmacy techs that have zero customer service.

Generally I'd say that Costco has better selections at a higher quality. The one feature that has Costco beat is the scan and go feature on their app. I can scan each item from my phone and it generates a shopping cart. When I am ready to pay I can pay right on the app with any card I have on file. It creates a QR code on my phone and I can skip the lines and walk straight out the door! There is a scanner before the exit that counts the items in your cart and if it matches your receipt the attendant just waves you on. If they're is a discrepancy the attendant will scan the QR code on your phone and might rescan to confirm the purchase which is really quick. Word of advice. Remove personal items like purses, umbrellas or jackets from the cart before going through the exit scanner because the computer will count them as well and that can slow your exit.
