I visited again for the first time in years when my niece needed to pick up her prescriptions and only went through the drive thru. I will have to say that they had extreme patience with my niece considering one of her dogs would not shut up while they were trying to explain her meds to her. They remained very polite and professional. The last time I stepped foot in here was years upon years ago, but it was very well kept at that time. Had I been given an honest timeframe from the beginning, I could have gone home and returned later instead of wasting my time waiting in the store. I completely understand that machines can be slow or that delays happen, but clear communication would have made all the difference. To make matters worse, when we returned, Jacob was yelling across the store while he and Jessica were whispering to each other. The older cashier with the purple hair and glasses has made several rude passive aggressive comments , and has acted towards me in ways that displays racial prejudice for several months now when I come in alone to make a purchase, use the atm, or make a money transfer. This location is convenient in my daily routes and routines so I'm in here quite often for retail or prescription needs; and every other cashier, front end associate, and pharmacy tech is kind and professional; so I let it go and just tried to avoid making purchases if I came in and saw this cashier on duty. But today while out shopping with my mom; this same cashier made a rude remark about my mother when she had to run out to her car for her debit card. And considering the only other person in line was MYSELF who was doing my own transaction, the cashier's comments were unnecessary and uncalled for. I called and spoke to store manager LINDSEY; who was rude and unprofessional as well and had little to no regard for the valid complaints of racial discrimination and poor customer service. She insinuated she would not be doing anything to follow up with the behavior of this cashier or addressing any bias behaviors. She then called me dramatic and drastic for simply telling her about my poor experiences that I've had in HER STORE, and how HER STORE has made me and now my mother feel uncomfortable and unsafe to shop. They wouldn't leave me alone, staring and accusing me with their attitude over THEIR malfunctioning equipment. She walks up with this nasty "oh how can I help you" fake energy, acting like she's doing me a favor. Zero actual help. Just more attitude. When I explained the machines were broken, she was a total a****** too. I didn't catch her name because I was so disgusted and pissed off I just stormed out. They even had the nerve to act like buying groceries for my mom "wasn't allowed." What kind of backwards store is this? This place is very racist despite their check cashiers being Filipino. The profiling and harassment was obvious and disgusting. Broken machines + rude, accusatory staff who treat paying customers like thieves = never shopping here again. Avoid this Walmart at all costs. Prices are very competitive. The Walmart app makes it easy to reorder prescriptions, and they contact the doctor directly if refills have expired. If you sign up for notifications you get text reminders for prescriptions ready and reorder status. Seems to me you should give it a try and judge for yourself. I enthusiastically recommend.

Robin is fantastic even when dealing with rude customers. What a compassionate woman. The pharmacists are ALL thorough and require consults on every medication. The real Rockstar at this pharmacy is Kamesa. A telephone on one shoulder with a customer, multi-tasking efficiently with counter business, while training new people all at the same time. She provides excellent service to customers and patient leadership to co-workers. If I owned pharmacy, I would snatched up Kamesa in a heartbeat. I hope Walmart does not undervalue this terrific pharmacy team!
