Date of visit: June 28, 2026 CVS has been very generous with the coupons as of late and I have not been sleeping on these opportunities to save a little money in this economy! Unfortunately this CVS is really rough in pretty much every way. The building itself looks tired, like it was out on The Strip last night and hasn't made it home yet to go to sleep. When I walked in, neither employee acknowledged me and I was the only customer in the store. I found the things that I wanted and proceeded to self-checkout. One of the items I scanned kept telling me that it needed assistance. When old Mabel came over, she pulled some sticker off of the item and looked at me like it was my fault, as if I had put it there. Once we got past that, I was able to check out and be on my way, but wasn't sure why she was so surly about it. Definitely will avoid this location in the future. read more

I've been a CVS loyalist for the last 30+ years. For whatever reason it's really the only pharmacy I've used for me and my family. However, I hate this location. It's never been the best, but serviceable. After my interaction today with Leah P, I'm going elsewhere from now on. She plain sucks. Horrible customer service, ridiculous statements, and crappy advice. Fighting me about a prescription from the Dr with a dosage change and that the Dr should just ask for the difference in dosage and to take both the original dosage and the new dosage. However, it's an all out war every morning to have my 12 year old daughter take one pill. Now I have to make it two?? Just fill the prescription. She may be the worlds best at reading a screen and taking pills out of a large bottle to put them into a smaller bottle, but everything else that has to do with dealing with people, she sucks. read more

Great pharmacy staff and location. Everyone is so helpful and the technicians and pharmacists are all very knowledgeable and professional. I had to change pharmacy because of my insurance and my experience has been very enjoyable. They offered automatic refills and explained to me how my medication would interact with items I take everyday like antacid or other medications. If your upset about your insurance please call your own insurance company or your employer. I learned that the pharmacy more than likely is not the issue so please try to understand where the breakdown went. The staff Va. help you understand but cannot actually fix the issue like wrong birthday or your employer changes insurance and didn't send you a new card. The store itself has some general goods and health and beauty products. The beauty items rotate to what's on trend so that was kind of interesting to see organic shampoo soap or Drew Berrymore's clean beauty line. Staff is slim, but helpful. The store is clean and organized too. I wish they hire more real workers than self checkout though. read more

This location is terrible. I should have read the earlier reviews. I have been going here for 7 years. After this incident I am done. The pharmacist Lea is rude and condescending. Does absolutely nothing to help you. My insurance company did not credit my February payment, therefore in May I went to pick up my prescription and she told me I had no insurance. The one medication I needed is $578 and I have a $10 co pay card from Eliquis that I just used in April. While awaiting my reinstatement which took a week, she was of no help. My insurance company even called CVS twice to tell them that I did in fact have insurance and that they had made a mistake. I am at risk of having a stroke without this blood thinner. She could not give me a few pills until the problem was resolved. I went into the pharmacy today and she said my $10 copay card doesn't work because I'm on government insurance, which I am not! I pay for my insurance through the market place of Nevada. I'm from Ohio and retired so that's where my pension has me purchase my insurance. So as of now I have no medication and have to be on the phone again all day tomorrow. As I stated before Lea the pharmacy manager is rude, condescending and does nothing to offer any help. I stopped in here the other night in my way home from work to pick up some Advil Cold & Sinus. It's behind the pharmacy counter & you have to show ID for it. I'm sick with some type of respiratory infection, no it's not COVID....lol I was telling the pharmacy tech "in training" how I was sick & he told me I should get my flu shot & it would take 2 wks to kick in. Well he was right about it taking 2 wks to kick in but it has been said no one should get a vaccine while sick. I did mention that to him when he offered the flu shot. He didn't respond as I was standing there in scrubs. lol He was very nice & friendly. It was easy to ring up my medicine & a few other items that I picked up in the store. I did find this store set up really cute. Seemed to have more stuff for sale then my normal CVS I shop @z it was very well organized & clean. Wasn't very busy. The way to get out & to the lights right there is weird. It doesn't leave you much room to get over to the far left hand lane. You probably go toward the back of CVS & get out that way when it's busy. This store wasn't busy when I was there during the week about 6:45pm. Too bad this wasn't closer to home because I'm kinda over the CVS I frequent these days. read more

Showed up through the drive thru at 1:20, ten minutes before they close for lunch. The gentleman was taking forever to retrieve and scan my items. I asked if they could run my secondary insurance. By that time it was 1:30 and they said they couldn't help me until 2 p.m. I asked for his supervisor (the pharmacist) who said the same thing. I get they close at 1:30, but it's beyond my control that they couldn't scan my items promptly or assist me fully. All to get my medication? At a reasonable price? I'll be transferring to a different pharmacy. read more

Rude staff! Male with bullring nose piercing working at N Valle Verde location in Henderson, NV on 3/16/25 with a nasty rude attitude. My prescription wasn't ready yet and was blatantly rude and condescending for no reason. Even the customers behind me couldn't believe he treated me that way. I asked if there was an ETA and he said come back in a few hours and wouldn't help at all. He then proceeded to try to shoo me away when I decided to wait around for my order to be completed. Leadership needs to look at staff. If someone is that unhappy in their job, they should quit. This is not the first time that I have encountered terrible customer service from staff at this CVS pharmacy. I have at least 2 other occasions with different staff members being disrespectful and not helpful. I think I'll be moving my business to Walgreens because I don't want to deal with staff with attitude issues when I am sick. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy with the most incompetent rude staff I have ever encountered. The my consistently jerk you around about your prescription, the doctor sends a script for 90days they fill one month purposely so your cost will be higher because insurance covers 90day supply not the 30day. Then we you call and leave a message to discuss how in the future the fix the issue they leave snarky comments. Run from this horrible corrupt provider, not to mention the pharmacist screamed at a patient for trying to understand why he was only getting his 28 day supply instead of the 90 as well, then same thing happened to me. I am transferring all to Smiths where service is better and competent staff doesn't try to defraud you of what you were prescribed to get more money for corporate greed. read more

They do not stock common medications causing patients to need to go days without meds having to wait for an order to be obtained from the manufacturer. If you call ahead of time to see if they have your meds in stock, they refuse to disclose that information precluding you from planning ahead and utilizing another pharmacy. Finally, my provider and I both requested they not fill my hormone patch in a particular brand as it causes skin irritation. One of the techs told me they could order a different brand. Then when I picked up my THREE MONTH supply, it was the brand I did not want. The staff member I spoke to said they didn't know when another brand would be available and it could be weeks, or even months, for it to arrive. read more

I've been coming here for more years than I can remember, normally three to four times per month. I have always found all the staff to be extremely helpful, courteous and kind. Recently, we've had to have some more expensive medications within the family, that's on my insurance tier level and what they want me to pay not because of anything CVS or the pharmacists did. Leah and her team have always helped me with advice on these medications and helped point me in the direction of where to go for coupons and vouchers, or info on generics etc that I have gone back to my doctor with. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't that's to do with my insurance only. Today I saved nearly $100 on a monthly medication my daughter needs by using a voucher Brandon suggested I look for. It's not just the cost side of things either, I've had them explain the medications, when to take and how, advice etc that I find invaluable. When ever I pick up and have a quick question on a new medication they always have the time to answer it and give me advice. That's exactly what I need out of a pharmacy. As pharmacists they know the medications far better than anyone else, and Leah and her team have been our trusted partner in this for many years. read more

Went to CVS to get a COVID test yesterday, as my aunt tested positive on Christmas Eve and I was around her for long periods of time last Wednesday. Though I have no symptoms and am fully vaccinated with a booster (I am that someone who RARELY gets sick), I decided to get tested anyway as a safety precaution. I made an appointment online and chose drive-thru testing with guaranteed results in a day or two. After booking my appointment, I got a text message requesting that I send a pic of my health insurance card to speed up the testing process. My appointment didn't take very long, I was there for maybe 5 minutes. When I arrived, there were two other cars in line, but it was moving pretty quickly. When I got up to the drive-thru, I gave the pharmacist my information and my confirmation number. Afterwards, he handed me a bag with a tube and swab inside. I was instructed to swab both my nostrils for about ten seconds before putting it inside the tube. They have a big deposit box next to the drive-up window where you can drop your swab off in a little bag when you're done. Less than 24 hours later, I got a text message saying that my results were ready and I tested negative. :) Yay! read more

I have been coming to this store for over 5 years and the new manager David McMullan has brought the customer service to an all-time low. I only use this pharmacy because it's 1.close to my house and 2.it takes my insurance. But the pharmacists there have a horrible attitude, they flippant and dismissive, let alone judgmental. Last time I went to pick up my prescribed medication, the pharmacist had the audacity to ask me what the medication was for. She should know, it's on the label, and that is not information I should have to spell it out out. She was hesitant to explain the medication and before I had even left, I caught her making snarky remarks about me to the other worker inside. I was repulsed by the lack of professionalism and ethics. Again... what people lack these days is basic compassion for other people. read more

This is the only pharmacy I come for Aetna Mastercard purchases. Marvin is excellent in helping find the items, and to ring up the purchases by finding the applicable coupons. He sometimes works at the pharmacy side but always comes over to the opposite side if you need his help. What makes him exceptional: knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. A down-to-earth person who genuinely provides customer service! A rare find these days for customer retention!!! read more

Absolute worst, most incompetent pharmacy I have ever encountered. I am on an injectable medication. First time it was filled they gave me a bag of syringes and needles. Now, I am here getting it refilled, and they are confused about the fact I need tgese things and have no idea what size or how many. They claim they have no way to look up that information. Also, the big guy with the ponytail, who does not wear a name tag, is the worst service employee ever. He has horrible customer service, refusing to be of assistance to anyone. This is my favorite CVS in the Vegas valley. I used to frequent this store regularly when we lived in Green Valley, but since we moved over to the west side of Vegas --- I don't get to come here that much anymore. The pharmacy staff are always extremely busy, but they are super friendly. Several of them still remember me by name when I happen to stop in and that absolutely amazes me! Next, another great thing about this CVS is it's location right off of the 215 freeway. It's so easy to get in and out of here! Furthermore, the Green Valley location eliminates some of the crack heads you'll run into at other locations in town. You don't ever feel afraid to get out of your car here --- which is not the case in other areas of town. :/ Overall, I wish the CVS near my house had this location's employees and this CVS is so easy to drive in and out of. read more

I will give them a zero star if I could. The CVS in the Paseo Verde Plaza in Henderson Nevada is full of inefficient employees. I ended up going three times to end up paying $10 for each pill and getting the total of 5 pills, yes, 5 pills only. They told me they needed an insurance authorization in order to give me the whole prescription at 8pm, when they had my rx since early in the morning and could have done something to fix the issue. The only way I could get the pills was paying $250 for the 30 pills, that's how I ended up just getting 5 instead of the month supply. I payed $53 for 5 pills because I can't be without the pills, but it was their inefficiency that cost me, If I would knew earlier, I would call the insurance and solve the issue. They didn't even apologize. I'm not going there anymore. Their customer service is deplorable. . read more

This CVS is literally the worst. Chose this pharmacy because it is the closest to my home, but man I definitely regret it. Most experiences have been the same: Pull in to see a drive thru line of 5-6 cars deep, each car taking like 10 minutes at the window. Finally get to the window and have to wait 5+ minutes to get acknowledged. Then get told my refill, which was sent days in advance, needed another 20 minutes to complete and asked if I could come back later... Having to go through the hellish drive thru line again. Terrible service. Changing pharmacies. I suggest you look elsewhere as well. read more

I have driven thru their pharmacy drive thru for two pick ups now and I'm very happy with both of my experiences so far. The workers here are welcoming, they smile and are consistent in the customer service they provide. Compared to other locations, this particular CVS has not given me problems (knock on wood) and they always refill my prescriptions on time - with no problems. I've been going to this CVS for years based on the location, and the pharmacy service has always been pretty good, however over the course of the last year or so, the service at the pharmacy has really bottomed out. If I pull up to the drive through window, there's almost always a bunch of cars waiting, and I've gone in if the drive through line is too long and then had to stand around waiting inside at the pharmacy with 5 or 6 other customers waiting in front of me. And if I try to call ahead to speak to someone at the pharmacy, I have to try multiple times throughout the day because I'll wait on hold for 15 minutes and no one will pick up. So basically the pharmacy can't keep up with the business it has. Hire more people so you can keep up, or take less customers. read more

Very rude pharmacy department!! No compassion nor courtesy at all!! Please don't come in this location. I came in right after 1pm, they had an issue with a customer before me on the drive thru lane, they took several minutes until it reached 130pm. I pulled up and they covered the window with this white cardboard right away knowing there was someone last in line. I was just there to pick up my son's Medication because he was wheezing and needed to administer the meds right away! They could just have done the courtesy of saying it was lunchtime and not pull that cardboard right away. How rude! I Don't recommend this place, I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this is a repeated behavior. Corporate needs to know this issue. read more

Currently at this location and it's gone downhill fast since Ira left. Went to ask for Allegra-D at the pharmacy counter. Pharmacy staff lady looks at the shelf and declares "um, we don't have it". And then silence. It's CVS, so I ask to clarify: "Do you not carry Allegra-D or are you out of it?" "We are out of it." So no offer for an alternative product, no offer to check when it's due back in, no offer to call another store. Just silence. They must be dealing with theft lately. I wanted to shop for eyelashes and they are all locked to the display. So if you are want to browse or pick up And touch a package, you can forget it. I just like to shop without having to ask for help with every single thing nor make conversation about eyelashes with an employee so my easy solution is to stop shopping there and go to Ulta. Finally, screaming "hello!! Let us know how we can help you" upon entry is obnoxious. Obviously a theft deterrent but when you want to slip in quietly to grab some NyQuil, you really don't want the line of customers staring at you. Just a crappy store overall. They have like 5-6 registers and you never know which one is open. Just downhill fast over the years. read more

We've used CVS Pharmacy a few times for our pharmaceutical needs. Fortunately it hadn't been busy so there wasn't a long wait. The pharmacy tech is always very nice and fast to process the prescription. We usually wait there for them to fill. Luckily it has always been 10 minutes or less. When you are ailing, the last thing you want to do is wait around. They do a great job of being quick and convenient! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I just had the worst experience with this store. They couldn't fill my prescription and refused to transfer it to another cvs for me. They said I had to drive to the cvs and do it myself. Working in customer service for over 30 years I was appalled. When I drove to the other cvs they told me that they should have done it from there and they had to call the original pharmacy themselves. During times like these customer service should be above and beyond. I will be transferring my future prescriptions to another store. So rude! Never going back there read more

I went to get a few items, hair products and an extension cord. When I went to check out, the associate just stared at me. I had to greet her instead of receiving a greeting from her... furthermore, when I asked "how are you?" she said "eh." and shrugged!! When the transaction was complete she walked away and my items weren't bagged up. I had to sort of shout and ask for a bag. She responded "you need a bag for these small items??" I said yes, there is too many to hold! Why do I need to explain myself? Customer service is definitely a lost art. read more

Not only the worst CVS but the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 52 years of life. My wife has been there 4 x and every time they screw up. So the last time I asked for the pharmacy manager and she came out. We proved the doctor said early release for the medication and they would not refill it. So I asked for a card with her name on it so I could get in contact with corporate to find out why is this location so bad. The pharmacy manager Nikki Todd then says they will no longer fill my wife prescriptions. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE INCOMPITENT AND REFUSED TO CALL THE DOCTORS AKA NOT DOING THIER JOB AND THEN THE POS MANAGER PULLS THIS WHEN I WANT TO CALL CORPRATE AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER INCOMPITENCE. read more
