I was at this pharmacy store to get my Covid Booster shot as this location had appointments available. The pharmacy staff were really nice and helpful. The Pharmacy technician was really sweet and mentioned right before my injection that it would hurt and you would even feel that you wouldn't know you got the injection, she was exactly right and I was in doubt whether I received the injection at all. Except the pharmacy being extreme inside overall my experience at the store was good.

There was a discrepancy in the dosage stated on the label vs the markings on the oral syringe. I gave the meds twice before I found out fr the vet Dr that this was three times the correct dose. This is a big overdose! The vet Dr told me not to get pet meds filled at Costco, only get them from the facility where your pet was seen.

I was initially giving 3 stars but I've had some reconsiderations since my last visit. This location has always felt kinda of dingy to me. It's smaller that most other Walmarts I've been to, and thus isles feel a little cramped. I am generally able to find what I need , but it is still a limited selection compared to the bigger stores. It does the bare minimum as a Walmart but I do not favor this place that much. They do not carry produce whatsoever, only stock pre packaged, boxed and canned foods. (Which isn't good for families in the area) I feel I spend too much time whenever I'm here and I just can't vibe with it. The sketch feel and overall subpar atmosphere is just not for me. If there was less development in the area I'd be inclined to avoid it altogether.
