Both sections have the ability to offer checkout...when that section is open. I came here on my first day to get drinks and snacks for my room. I entered through the Hub and made my way up the rickety steps. The steps that were open sometimes. See, I came back a few more time sand the steps had rope across and were barricaded. Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. Forcing everyone to use the traditional registers. I wish the customer service here would have been better as well. I asked a question about the area and kind of got the 'don't bother me' vibe in the answer.
