Nothing. Go to pharmacy. Prescription has been ready since day before. No notification, but ok. I go to pay. Pharmacy didn't accept my prescription coverage (not a preferred provider), which I was not aware of. They didn't tell me this and tried to charge me retail price for a script while telling me insurance was used. I told them that based on the price, that I didn't think so. They double down. I ask them to verify, please. They checked again and admitted they were wrong. I wonder how many people paid extra for their meds thinking their insurance was applied when it wasn't. Never has this issue at another pharmacy.

He could give me my $20 back; or I could try to get $30 from lottery. I think the store manager should have given me the $30 and he should have discussed with lottery representatives about the problem that was encountered at the lottery machine in his store. The burden should not have been placed on me to contact the lottery. The store manager handled this situation poorly and is an extremely poor representative of Discount Drug Mart

LOCATION -- This Walmart is located right across from the shopping centre called "North Olmsted Towne Center" which has Target, David's Bridal, Party City, and other shops. I hardly visit Walmart because in the past, at other locations, it is always hectic there with long lines and customers complaining. My experience at this location though was smooth and calm. Maybe I came early in the day when less people were here (I can't remember) but I had a no-hassle experience.
