Staff is good about communicating when they're out of stock and confirming when new stock of medications will be available.

i've been going to this pharm for several years without issue. picked up a perscription last week…read more when i got home noticed several pills were missing. called the pharmacy and they said no problem, whenever you can come back we will have the missing pills waiting. a couple days later i went to pick them up. when the pharmacist gave me the pills she showed me a photo of the orginal perscription and told me they were all there. long story short she said that there was no way i didn;t get the full perscription. to me that sounded like an accusation, that i was trying to get extra pills. i was extremely insulted and considuring changing pharmacy (i also have fresh pass), filed a compliant with safeway, we'll see what happens. ****Update**** Still have not heard back from Safeway, probably never will. I had been getting that prescription from them for years. Otherwise I've had a great experience but I'm so put off by this. The building has 2 drive-up windows which is awesome as if you're sick, you don't have to worry of getting out of your car and wandering around a store.
