They also dealt with me opening some blind box charmeras with as much excitement as me, so I love them downnnnnnnnn!! I might be getting lucky with the two positive visits thus far, but I did try another film camera store recently and felt uncomfortable the entire time unfortunately AND they overpriced the same charmeras so I will be sticking with them from now for sure for sure.

Both were very friendly and knowledgable. My camera was ready the same day (they did say 24-48 hours but was called as soon it was ready). Wow. So appreciate their attention to service. I am renting a lens for an upcoming photography trip from them at the end of the month. Their website is very easy to navigate for rentals. Their prices for rentals are extremely competitive with other local camera shops. So happy they are in Austin. Sorry it took me a bit to find them. I will definitely be back.

BOO on these people! They took pictures at my son's…read moregymnastics club last summer. We had to pay for the photos in advance, and my son's prints never were delivered to the club. When the club finally inquired for me, they were sent prints -- of the wrong child. I went back and forth with "Stephanie" at TSS for weeks, trying to get the prints, and told "Oh, they were numbered wrong," and she emailed me a proof of my son's photo to confirm it was the right one. She said they'd send them to me. Nothing. She said okay they're on the way. Nothing. She said, sorry for the delay. Nothing. She said she'd send some extra prints for my trouble. NOTHING. Crenshaw's couldn't even get any response from them. This went on for TWO MONTHS, and I finally gave up. It wasn't worth suing them for $40 some-odd over photos, but I was very sad not to have the mementos of my son's gymnastic experience. Talk about your awful customer service! My advice is to never buy photos from from this company, for obvious reasons, or at least to not pay in advance. What a rip-off.
