Getting quotes are as easy as sending them an e-mail with details of each project like size, type of paper or material, color, quantity, & any other miscellaneous items like drilling (hole punching). They can also give recommendations to fit your needs. They're quick to respond, usually within 24 hours, but sometimes even within a few hours. Each project that we've sent to them, they've always been so responsive and accommodating to our needs whether it's changing last minute details or requiring prints turned around within a short window of time. They made it happen! We've printed flyers, business cards, tags, etc. and everything was printed exactly how we wanted and were of great quality. They'll send you proofs to review before they send to printer to be sure it's what you want. There were also times that we needed to pick up outside of their business hours and they were able to accommodate as well. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any of your printing needs. They're fast, professional, and supporting a small local business is always a plus in my book! We first worked with Tim in March 2025 for our maternity shoot, and it was such a great experience that we booked him again in February 2026. In 2025 it was just the three of us, my wife, our 4 year old daughter, and me, with our baby boy still in my wife's belly. This year it was so special to come back with our son, now 9 months old and work with Tim again. He is not only a very talented photographer, but also incredibly detailed and professional. First - I had a special photo of my son and I (from when he was 4) that I was hoping to recreate on his wedding day. Anna actually brought the photo on the day and they took so many photos, and were so painstaking to even get the hand and body positions perfect. I will cherish the photo that they created! On the day - the team showed up well before our event, and they even mounted flashes up high, around the space (inconspicuously), so there would be enough light at our outdoor venue. They took pictures of everything - the layout, the flowers, and then they captured everyone's expressions as they arrived, and all of the laughter and love during the evening. We have received over a thousand photos, and I have no idea how we will choose - they are all stunning. Throughout the process, Anna was quick to set up Zoom calls (we were off-island and in another time zone!), and quick to respond to emails personally and promptly. She was warm and personable throughout, just a truly kind person to work with. Her team members are all very kind, energetic (!) and eager to do whatever is requested.
