1. The oranges this Walmart in a general sense needs to "PAY ATTENTION" to their organic fruits and other stuff that they shelve. 2. Retrain your "employees " (AKA) little boys such as the one in my picture, and the little girls of this store to pay attention to what is and can become a safety hazard to all customers who take the time to shop at such establishment. 3. Retrain your "employees" about their customer service skills and attitudes while your at it because walmart isn't a friendly place to shop from, a selective few are nice enough to help people out, while those others are acting like they have a stick up their butt or their heads up their butts with being nasty to others. Retail isn't fun NO...... but its your job to pay attention and not be rude. I, sincerely, do hope that a higher up management reads this and gets back to me, because I, myself have had major issues with shopping at a facility as such and rather go elsewhere if it calls for shopping. read more

They never have anything and no one will look or bother if it involves a cabinet or lock. Especially electronics.

This the second time Walmart auto center did not honor their service agreement. I have road side assistance and bought my tires from Walmart but they refused to pull a nail out of my good tire instead I payed someone else to fix my tire. I also, had to pay someone else for tire pressure monitoring system relearn, even though they replaced the faulty one. The service center cost board say free TPMS relearn but still had to pay someone else for the TPMS relearn. The competence of their mechanics have greatly declined. read more

Tried Alex City, AL Walmart pickup again today. What a mistake! Placed the order last night. I arrived at the store at 4 to pickup order (pickup time was 4 to 5). Waited until after 5 and went to the pick up area where 4 employees were sitting down. They informed me to either come back tomorrow or cancel my order because they were just beginning to pull the 2 o'clock orders. Spoke to the pickup manager who was also sitting with these employees and she said "go ahead and file a complaint; tell them Lily said so" in a very rude tone of voice. We have filed complaints before because this is happening on a regular basis when we order from the Alex City store. I wasted two hours between waiting and driving there to receive no order. Simply pitiful. Not sure what is going on because the store was no where near crowded, compared to other Walmart stores on the weekend. Perhaps the folks sitting down and not working is the first clue to why orders aren't being pulled. Being behind by 4 hours is a joke! read more

The Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Center, does not honor tire warranty on tire they sale. Furthermore, does damage to people vehicles and does not pay to repair them. Also they have a shop manger named Albert Nor , who Wal Mart own home office says he is not supposed to have that title, because he does not know what he is doing. Warning Shop at this TLE at your on risk !!! The grocery side of the Wal-Mart did not have produce bags for the produce. In addition to that , this Wal-Mart does not carry all the items that other Wal-Mart grocery carry. Furthermore, watched a Wal-Mart Employee put raw meat that had been on the shelf in the store back in the meat cooler for someone to buy. read more

great store. associates are always helpful. can always find what i need. the store is well organized. the ladies at the money center are extreamly knowledgeable about what they do. the restrooms could use some help, and it would be very nice if they wouldn't use air freshener in the restrooms because some people have asthma and that stuff is really harmful. read more
