Had a fast and easy experience, we just needed to pick up a few things. When we got to the cat food section there was a worker that had his palette in the aisle. He immediately apologized and moved it once he saw us, which was not necessary since there was plenty of room but it was very kind. We found everything we needed and used the self checkout. I believe Veronica checked our receipt and she was nice as well. This is our regular store and we will definitely go back soon to do our other grocery shopping. read more

Spooky haul! I came just for the Halloween things lol The Halloween stuff was kind of sprinkled in throughout the store. I was hoping it would all be in one area. It was not. We had to walk around the entire store to swoop the spooky items! I am so happy that we found the Jason sweatshirt! I saw it online and wanted it lol My husband ended up getting it, since they only had one size left. That's okay. We still got one. It's a pretty cool Jason sweater!! I also grabbed a Pajama set. It was so soft and cozy feeling. I went with black with pink trim. Very cute! I haven't been able to wear it yet, because I want to wash it first. read more

They have not believe in treating costumes with respect. Very unprofessional. For starters they refused to even attempt to resolve the issue. They admitted to giving my battery to some other person with out my receipt. Now, I am without a batter, without my damaged battery. I come to this walmart all the time and never had an issue. Today, as normal I paid for my groceries and walked out. I was stopped by Maria at the door and she asked for my receipt. I mentioned this was the first time I've used the Walmart pay app and opted to have the receipt emailed but don't have access to that email address on my phone. she continued to be condescending and say well if you don't have access to your email how'd you even request to have the receipt emailed. I tried explaining again that the screen on the Walmart register asked if wanted the receipt printed or emailed and I chose email but I didnt have access to the email on my phone. She continued to be condescending and insinuate that I was lying and it was impossible for me to request an emailed receipt without me having access to my email. At this point I'm trying to determine how I can go about accessing my email before my phone dies. Instead of doing that I decided to check the Walmart app for proof of purchase but by this time there was a line building up of other receipts Maria had to check so she reluctantly told me just go. Next time I will have the receipt printed but if you are going to offer the option of an emailed receipt...at least have the representative checking the receipt understand how email works. read more

I went in there to find Valentine's cards and other treats for my son's class. They had plenty of cute things and also for the teachers. I got a couple of things for the house as well. Each store showed on in stock, one 2 in stock. I go to these stores and not only don't they have the item, they don't even carry that brand. I found out when you go to look for an item in stock at a particular store, it shows there is one in stock somewhere, it could be a thousand miles away. So if your looking for something in stock in a particular Walmart, you will just have to drive from store to store like you did 50 years ago. read more

It's pretty big in the store and I have been here quite a few times. I tend to shy away from being around all of those shoppers on the inside, so I just order online now and pick up around back at the pick up spots. The pick up spots are easy and the service is fast. One day I didn't call in and the staff came to my car and helped me. Once you order online you have up to 4 days to retrieve your items. The crew is friendly and my orders have always been correct. I went and put in a detailed employee complaint through the website + receipt information. The customer service gave me the weirdest experience ever. I came to return an item that I got with grocery pickup that appeared tampered. They would not accept a return. I went to another location (Brookhurst) and it was more than pleasant, I was refunded without issue there, they let me keep the item too. Avoid customer service here during the afternoons, staff are just strangely irritable. read more

This Walmart is pretty No Frills. It's my go-to Walmart though because it's one of the closest superstores near. The money services counter is always understaffed and very slow. The optics of having workers standing around not helping during busy times always kinda irks me. I realize people have their individual jobs, but they should call for back up. The store itself is fine, they typically have what I need so that's not a problem. The cashiers are all pretty nice and personable here and during Covid I typically see people with their masks. What a nice Walmart- My husband used to tell me about all his horror experiences at Walmart including people shouting and fighting and zombie Walmart where nobody was there- BUT! This Walrmat is different. It is clean and has people around. Also, the price is PRETTY GOOD! Also, their vegetables are quite good. I mean often there are errors and rotten stuff is still there. And sometimes, things are out of stock. But overall, we can find good stuff. Nice deals on chips and soda- Walmart rocks- Also, nice deals on other items- You have to look around- So now time for some issues- 1. They are always unpacking- They need to change this. Something is wrong I have been here many times and they are always stocking something- Really- Come on- Have a bit more respect for the customer- 2. Missing service. Most of the times, people are there near the counter. But sometimes, there are none- Looks like everyone left- Please don't do that. 3. Interesting people. This being Walmart, you will see interesting people. Yup, the Walmart experience. I have not seen anything disruptive yet. first and last time I come to this Walmart . my fiancé & I came to do last minute shopping (6 items). They were already closing registers & my fiancé hopped on a self checkout register. one of the associates was closing the one next to us & told him we couldn't use an OPEN REGISTER. we used it anyway, tried to make our purchase and JUAN decided to put his hands on my fiancé ! Keep in mind there were other customers using the last 2 self checkouts. I told JUAN to not put his hands on my fiancé & he kept instigating the situation & provoking my fiancé. JUAN deserves to be fired for 1 not having customer service or being professional. Let alone argue & fight with someone way younger than him !! And 2 for putting his hands on people!! My teeth were damaged due to the olive product purchased. I filed a claim with the store & claims dept. I was then told Walmart does not make the product & referred to Mario Camacho LLC a company I never heard of. After providing them with all of the information their insurance company denied the claim citing there is a "Adequate disclaimer" on the jar which I did not know it was my responsibility to read all of the labels in entirety with the products I purchase at Walmart the company denied the claim. Walmart does Not provide full transparency on their products with the proper Caution or Warnings indicated. The product I purchased had a small disclosure of the Back of the jar on the very bottom of the label! As a consumer This is not an "adequate disclosure" and needs to be labeled with the potential danger and damage that can be done by consuming this product where its visible on the front of the product! It should Not be the consumers responsibility to read a label in its entirety! I called Walmart claims department spoke with a supervisor Melony who was very rude, & unprofessional and said "common sense" would know there where pits in the olives. Even though I purchased olives with pimentos all of the time. I told her I purchased the same product for years and never knew there was a disclaimer on the back of the jar nor that there would be pits in the jar. She continued with her rude offensive comments and said Walmart cannot just pay everyone's claims! I have shopped at Walmart for 30 years. I have never had an incident where my dental health is impacted/damaged & feel this is unacceptable! The Walmart Claims Department is very unprofessional and does not take accountability nor do they try to offer solutions. In addition, I tried calling customer service and they said they could not help me & they kept referring back to the claims department. There is no higher level of management that can be contacted to even solve problems with the products they sell or their rude/unprofessional employees. But not only is there no possible way to pay with your digital wallet (which means using your smart phone to pay) but you will also find out while holding up a line of shoppers, the atm machine in their store doesn't have digital pay either nor does customer service.
