I honestly didn't even want to give them this solitary star after my most recent experience. Just yesterday I went in to get four new tires on my car, but was told by the clerk (and subsequent dirtbag) Christian that a truck with our tires would be coming in today. We came in today and no tires were ordered. In fact, the clerk told us that exactly one tire was ordered. She also informed us that Christian was fired, which he was apparently striving for, since he claimed he was feeding people misinformation on purpose. Thanks, dickhead. This review is regarding thier oil and auto service center: The only time I have to get the oil changed at this location is near the end of the day around 30 minutes prior to them closing. I've tried 3 times now. Each time, the place has been completely empty. I talked to a manager last time, she said they don't like taking oil changes that close to closing. I kind of freaked out at her and said I'd have to complain to the store manager, then she decided she could change my oil at that point but I declined. I've seen atleast 5 employees without masks on in the 45 mins that I was here. One employee even took off her mask while talking to me. I understand that masks are frustrating but we all have to do our part to keep EVERYONE healthy and it's frustrating that the employees don't even follow the mandatory mask rule. read more

For the past 3 weeks, our family has bought whole milk from this location and for 5 weeks straight the milk has expired before the date printed on the container. It is chunky and disgusting. Each time we thought, well it can't all be bad, but nope, we were wrong. Second, we saved a Betta fish life, there were fish that were dead in there containers being sold. Then my husband came and picked up my other prescription, and you offer him Narcan, knowing that I have had cancer and major surgeries. You know, ever since they remodeled the place, it looks so much better and nicer. I still can't seem to find everything I need, because they don't seem to be where I think they should be. The store is really big. My favorite part is that this location is open 24 hours a day. You never know the random stuff you are going to need at two in the morning, especially when a family member gets sick or you forget you need something for work the next day. One thing I really don't like is that there aren't self-service checkouts. They have those out at Southlands, dangit! I guess it doesn't sound like a big deal, but around 10-11 pm they go down to one or two cashiers...and there always seems to be quite a few people doing their major grocery shopping at that time, so I always get stuck behind a cartful of frozen pizzas with my antacids and cough syrup. Also be careful about going to this location on a Saturday...really, only go if you absolutely need to. It's ridiculous. The whole city goes out there. Thank goodness the parking lot is absolutely enormous, because the whole front half fills up fast with shoppers on a typical Saturday afternoon (sometimes Sundays too). I'm a big fan of wal-mart in general, because you can find anything you need, but I particularly like this one because of the size and convenient hours. read more

I may just be bitter, but I did not have a very pleasant experience at this location tonight. Don't come here if you think you'll need any type of assistance from the employees. I went in tonight hoping to purchase one of the new lunch boxes by the "Pioneer Woman" brand. After not seeing the one I wanted, I asked several employees for help with finding a particular color( I saw the color at a different location so I know it exists), only to be met with the response "we have no way of looking up the stock, sorry." I was looking for a specific Roku model. I have an app that tells me the rough quantity that a store "may" have. The app is usually close, but never is it 100% accurate. So I first looked thru the aisles for the Roku's. I found the case but did not find the model I wanted that the app said they had 2-3 of. So I stood by the cash register and waited for an employee. An elderly man came to the register. He asked if he could help me. I stated " I have a sku number I just need to know if you have the item in stock." He said to me, "I need to help the guy behind you first then I can see if we have the item in stock." When he was done with the man behind me he asked me what I was looking for. I asked "are you ready for the sku?" He said "no, what is it?" I tried to tell him its a Roku and it is not on the shelf, all I needed was him to check the computer. He never let me finish but walked me over to the Rokus and said here they are. I again tried to explain to him I already looked at the case, I just needed him to look up the stock. He started getting irritated and said they are right here. As we walked back to the register I tried to explain...I have an app that tells me you have a few and all I needed was for him to check the computer. He told me he could not check the quantity on his computer. But that he tried to show me at the case. This went back and forth for a few minutes before he "told" me to go to customer Service. I asked him one last time if he could get someone who "can" check the computer. Then he got mad at me, pointed to the front of the store and Demanded I go to Customer Service. I was so insulted. All he had to do is say he did not know how to check stock but he would ask someone else. There were two others in the area. So I went to Customer service who told me to go to Electronics. I explained what happened to which it was said. "They have the same computer, why would they send you here?" They checked the inventory and said they may have a few and to go to Electronics. Someone in Electronics would know where they are. Since I already went thru that. I went home. Logged into Amazon, it will be here tomorrow. Then Sold my Walmart Stock. I am yet another who now refuses to do any shopping at Walmart as this was the second in a row instance like this. Long Live Amazon.com! read more

November of 2018 I got all new tires on all four of my car I purchased the road warranty now I needed to use it because of a nail on the side of one tire which is not fixable so I needed a new tire the customer service was bad at this tire center when I walked in I had to wait long for the rep to say we aren't taking anymore cars. Ok?, I think a sign would be good when they've filled up so I didn't have to get out from snow with my 3 month baby. The rep was a older woman I don't want to name her because I feel she may have been better at her customer service skills if she had help she was at least in her early 60's. She had to stop often because she was overwhelmed and possible sick she had to walk away without saying anything while I waited confused. When I asked nicely if you can't take any customers what are my options can I make appointment to come back. I would go somewhere else but this is a 100 tire and I have the warranty. I would left the car and got a ride. So when I asked that the rep said talk to my manger. I did not ask for one I was clearly trying to schedule my tire replacement. She put her hands up like she was done with me and said " my mngr will talk to you!" So I waited while the main auto manger came out and looked at the computer and didn't say a word to me even when I asked a question. She also looked over worked. Throughout this communication was bad. I was patient and waited. Finally my friend came to get me but started to push for a answer and all of a sudden my car will get looked at. So a mother with her two kids gets brushed off but now someone single and a man speaks they are helpful? I work in customer service and understood how frustrating it can get but also know I need to keep myself together. The McDonald's was shut down in the front part of the store a manger told me she doesn't no why so try out the deli. After a long 3 hour wait for my tire replacement the older woman at the desk tells me I may have to pay something even though my tire cost more in November then it does now. I was ready to pay because I have little kids and will not drive with a possibly dangerous tire. Everytime I had a question the desk rep seemed annoyed maybe confused. She would reply with a comment I'd ask "say that again " and she would say " never mind" she wasn't helpful in answering questions. My experience was bad. This rep at the desk was having a hard day maybe, so I stayed patient I just didn't appreciate the communication issue here. Someone who was not patient like me for sure will or already has cused her out. Maybe that happened earlier . I actually had questions about the type of tire I was getting but I couldn't ask I just got my kids and left . Omg that was a nightmare. That location needs help,the employees are overworked? I will never go back to this Walmart. Or Walmart again I give two stars only because they somehow got me in. read more

A pretty average walmart. I find myself going here more and more, when I used to never go to walmart. I truly blame that on I'm more accepting of the over crowded long lines type of shopping than I used to be. It seems to be the standard now at most places. One thing about Walmart, is they are trying new things. I do use their app on y phone for trying to locate items in the store. You can use the app "ring up" items as you put them in your cart, then just scan your phone at the register. One thing I really do enjoy is that they always bag your groceries. But overall; it's just a normal walmart. If you're hungry, skip the McD's inside and go to the Panda Express that shares the same lot instead. read more

I'm not sure if it's just Walmart's mission to provide worst-in-class customer service, but once again I've been blown away. I've tried to get oil changes in the past, only to find that when I pull up, nobody comes out of the garage. To avoid that, I called ahead this time. I was put on hold for 10 mins after asking to be transferred to the oil and lube department. After being on hold, someone picked up the phone asking where I wanted to be transferred to. I am not a regular Walmart shopper. But finally this store purchased a new baskets- you could not find one over there before. My biggest concern is "Customer Service" desk: -never opens at 7am sharp-always 5-10 min delay. I called walmart yesterday to make sure that the tires I wanted were there. The night crew guy said that they were there, and to show up at 7 when they opened. I was there at 7:15, and they didn't have the tires in stock. They gave me the numbers to a few different walmarts that might have had the tires, one of which was disconnected, after I went to another walmart I was told by there tire department just to go to discount tire. I thought long and hard, whether to say something about the interaction I had with a Wal-Mart employee today. I came to the conclusion that I must because I know you all see my posts and wonder what's going on in my world that I post what I do, so I'm going to share...I was waiting behind an Asain gentleman, and he made his purchase with a $100 bill. It should have been an easy enough transaction, however, the young lady behind the counter decided to hold it in the air, turning it every which way, saying things to her fellow co-worker about it possibly being fake, giggling, and just exhibiting poor behavior toward a customer...you all know that's not appropriate, right? There are pens in the cashier's drawer for them to check the validity of any bills customer's offer for payment. I was tired of the ridiculousness of her behavior, so I said, very politely I might add, "Don't you have a way of checking whether it's real or not? You know, that pen where you mark the bill?" She just looked at me and completed the transaction. Meanwhile, her sidekick, looking like she hailed from the nearest trailerpark, decided to address me by saying, she's doing her job, and she can do whatever she wants...I smiled, and said, no she can't, there's a proper way to conduct yourself when you're handling business in the workplace, and that wasn't it. She continues talking shit to me, and I simply held up my hand and told her I'm done with you, stop talking. She then wants to tell me she's her supervisor, and states, "You can leave." Say what? She tries to say that I'm arguing with the cashier and calling her names, none of that has transpired, so I ignored her. She walks past me, and is now standing behind me, as I see the Asain man looking behind me, as he smiles at me and gives me a head nod because he's departing. I said, in his direction, she can stand where ever she wants, as long as she knows not to touch me. She then walks around me, back to the front, and tells me again, to leave. I look at the cashier, so she can ring me up, and she just stands there because this 'nobody' has told me to leave. I said to both of them, I need a manager. The 'nobody' tells me she is the manager, and for me to leave...ummm no, that's not happening and you should already know that. I walk away, find the next employee that might assist me, tell her briefly what's going on, she says something to the affect of she's always doing something, and she finds a manager quickly. I start telling the two young women/managers what's happening, she's walkiing up to state her side of things, one of the manager's motions her away. When I complete my story about what's transpired, they are bending over backwards to provide service, and telling me that shouldn't have happened and they're very sorry. They attempt to open another register, but I'm past wanting to make a purchase, so I tell them that's okay, but they really need to do something about her, and I leave...this shouldn't have happened. read more

This is the Walmart by my house. It is clean, well lit and stocked full of stuff you can use. The prices are right on and the layout is nice. This Walmart is a super wall mart so they have the grocery as well which is pretty stocked so you should be able to find all you need. I guess when you compare it to other WalMarts it is one of the better ones as it is newer and a little nicer than most. They do not have a fabric section which is a bummer and the parking is a nightmare (as with most Walmarts) but you know its a walmart so you pretty much know what you are going to get. read more

May 2019 when contacting the auto center for simple questions about replacing cost on replacing some times and what they had that could be similar to the set prior. Not only was the First Lady who answered trying to rush around my explanation due to working with some customers over in store on her computer instead of asking me to hold right away. She like others seem to have said before like she was having a bad day or some sorts. Then finally after about 10min wait time some other lady picks up the phone to assist me but instead can hardly communicate in clear language to me over the phone and apparently has no desire to get a proper explanation of what I need and just starts spit balling a random price for random tired to the point I just couldn't let it go on. So finally I asked do you have any all terrain tires currently the biggest factor in my purchase only to be told "no no no no none of that here, Is that all?" No offer to check other store inventory or help in any way. Doubt I'll ever be calling here again for any automotive needs until someone who knows a little bit about cars is supervising or working the front desk. Beyond that the rest of the store is your typical Walmart not to bad! read more

Typical Wal-Mart, not much to say. We usually stop after dinner before heading home to grab necessities. It's nice because it's less crowded but it's also understaffed at the check outs. Awful pain in my rear. I bought my stuff to pickup same day, made sure everything was available. They're beyond slow and 5 days later, stuff still isn't available. Then when they run out of stock on something you already paid for it will select to either cancel something on your order or decide for you that they'll just ship it to you.. without asking.
