I can't stand this store. I have gone in at different hours to do my shopping. I get really pissed off when I am at MY car after paying for my shit waiting in line for 30 min to check out because no matter how many employees you see on the floor they have 1 at a register that someone"lost prevention" follows me out and what's to look at everything I just bought. OMG....walked in about 1pm...nothing but a sea of human flesh and shopping carts....looked like rush hour in Denver only worse....just to make a right or left onto another aisle was like I was in a turning lane waiting for the light...I had 3 items....there were 5 checkers with about 15 carts in line filled to the ceiling with stuff...lol....reminds me you open borders people be my guest...you'll have every gas station, every restaurant, every convenience store and department store including every one of their crappers filled with human vermin. Lines are terrible, and if they run out of something it takes forever to get it re-stocked. The vision center is awful. Rude people including the Optometrist. Upset because she had to check my eyes so that I could get my drivers license. Over two months to get contacts and am still waiting for the second pair of trials to come in. They told me a week for the order and 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Then she got snippy because I called to find out why it was taking so long. Did they forget to order them? read more

Worst trip to a Walmart ever. Went in to get headphones tonight because mine died in the middle of studying. Place is pretty dead because it's 10pm. I couldn't find a single employee to ask for assistance, I even went walking around to nearby sections to see if they could call someone to help me. Finally, after about fifteen minutes, another pair of customers who had also been waiting in electronic flags down a lady with a pallet mover and ask her if she could get help for them. And the lady said she didn't know if she could! What kind of service is that? Rather than waiting around for god knows how much longer I grabbed a pair of the crappy $5 headphones to last me until I can get a pair ordered off of amazon. And to top the whole trip off, when I checked out, three of the cashiers including the one checking me out talked to my service dog first rather than acknowledging me, the human! Who does that?? (For everyone who reads this: you should never, ever talk to a service dog while they are working. You will distract them and can cause a life threatening problem for the handler.) read more

Terrible customer service. I checked out with a full service cashier and was stopped on my way out to verify my receipt that I paid for 2 cat litters and 1 laundry detergent. All items were in the top basket and was shocked that I was asked for a receipt. Shame on you Walmart!!!! Lost a customer for life. read more

The only reason I shop here is because I haven't gotten around to changing my pharmacy yet. The pharmacy is the one (and only) aspect I like about this Wal-Mart. Today was even worse than usual. From 15-20% of the parking spots couldn't be parked in because carts were in spots. This is partly due to laziness of customers; however, some may have seen the cart holders as full and thought well what am I supposed to do (not to mention the block on the one side of the cart holder wasn't opened for carts to be put on that side. As usual, there aren't ANY sanitary wipes - just an empty container. I shopped in about 70% of the departments and never saw one person to ask a question. 15% of what I wanted to buy was completely gone (and it is Wednesday mid-day...seriously). Check out was a nightmare. I was in line behind six people with full carts: I waited in line for half an hour. Then the cashier had to leave to find a device that could remove the security device from the software I was buying (but she only removed one of them being I set off the theft alarm upon leaving...of course no one even looked...oy). Then rather than ask when she didn't know what the produce was she guessed a high priced fruit or vegetable. So, she had to void a number of them and entering them accurately. (This is a completely separate side issue but some of the produce is even labeled incorrectly in the bins). By the time I paid, there were ten customers in line behind me. I was going to say something to the manager, but a woman in the line next to me already spoke to him about fifteen minutes earlier (and nothing changed). Getting out of the parking lot was like Russian roulette - people felt like they got out of jail and were high tailing it out of there. This was horrific enough for me to change my pharmacy. Come on...if you are that short-staffed...then you should have a list to call on people. Was there any problem-solving occurring? A lot of people were incredibly unhappy including me. read more

The only reason me or any of my friends/family ever go to Walmart is because it's after midnight and now this location closes at midnight I guess I will never give this Walmart my business ever again... what's the point of paying employees to be there to stock the shelves and not having the store open... The pharmacy had today-12/03/2016- very unprofessional service. I do not have to call medications in very often-perhaps once or a twice a week. I have never encountered that many problems and questions. I had to explain that the ciprofloxacin - antibiotic will be for 2 mos. because it is for treatment for prostatitis. We all understand need for stewardship of antibiotics but infection of prostate calls for 2 mos. of treatment. I took me 11 years at schools to get MD behind my name and I can only discuss medical problems on " need to know basis" The "gentleman" pretended that he did not understand me. He did not want to accept orders for two medications that are available OTC as well. I know that pay is per an hour so the less to process is always better then more. Fortunately nowadays, the majority prescriptions is managed by EMR . Unfortunately, I had an emergency and had to order by phone. I do not plan to call this pharmacy again. We have been shopping nearly every weekend at this Wal-Mart since it first opened. During the first years it was great, we never ran into any problems. But the last 4 years or so we noticed that the shelves are not getting restocked when needed therefor we have to do the rest of our shopping at either King Soopers or Albertsons stores. We have heard similar complaints from other shoppers some calling this Wal-Mart the "empty shelves store". This situation causes inconvenience for shoppers who go to Wal-Mart for the "one stop get it all" shopping. Otherwise most of the employees are friendly and helpful. read more

This review is specifically about the Walmart Pharmacy in this location. They do a great job! They are always on top of it! I love being able to use the app to refill my prescriptions. If they don't have what you need, they can always get it next day. The prices are the best I've seen in Colorado (at least with my insurance) I wanted to write this review because it's a unique thing to find such a caring compassionate organized and professional pharmacy. Both Pharmacists are very down to earth, and they definitely know their business!! They are such an asset to my healthcare. Everyone knows you need a good Dr, but a good pharmacists is important too. Time is money! The techs and assistants are marvelous, everyone seems to know the filing system and computer system inside and out so they can just fly through your pick up without the usual pain of waiting...waiting...waiting..still waiting.. Not here! Thank you Walmart Pharmacy for making my prescription fiasco come to a beautiful end! I love this pharmacy! Please don't change a thing! read more

I was homeless last summer. June 2 through the first week in October, I lived in a tent with no car. I moved to Colorado in search of better opportunities. I found work, walked mile every day to work hard hours, and rented a place to live. Then I worked more hard hours, and bought myself a car. I am currently a month away from being homeless at all times. I came to this Walmart, and having been there less than 5 minutes, I stepped on a paint brush that was sticking out from under the edge of the display isle. I fell hard on my keister, on their concrete floor. I didn't break anything, but the pain was horrible. I went to the hospital. I missed a week of work, because my muscles were still in shock, and tensed up to the point that I could barely walk. I couldn't stand, sit, or lie down comfortably. They filed an incident report, gave me a claim number, and a number to call about my case. I have called 3 times and heard absolutely nothing back. They haven't even called to check on me! My insurance covered the medical side. I can't seem to replace $345 in lost wages. Having to stay home while my friends and family went hiking and rafting without me was very upsetting. WalMart Vision Center at this location SUCKS!!!! We scheduled appointments a week before we came in, were the first 2 patients scheduled for the morning, arrived 15 minutes early to complete our paperwork and pick out frames. Our first appointment didn't start until 20 minutes after it was scheduled for, and I don't even know how late the 2nd appointment started. Needless to say we had frames picked and ready before we even saw the doc. An hour after we finished our exams we were still waiting for a staff member to measure us, check us out, etc. there were a total of 5 employees in the eye center (one of which was the doctor) and only one of them was working with customers. This was followed by the girl not knowing how to read a basic benefits print out from our vision insurance, not knowing how to enter the data to have our claims sent through, and whatever else she couldn't figure out. Her solution was for us to pay for the entire visit out of pocket and submit to our insurance for reimbursement. She knew from speaking with our insurance company that we would only be reimbursed a total of $30 per person, while paying almost $300 per person!!! WTF! I verified they are in network providers with our plan, they verified our benefits, and yet still all of this chaos! This will be the last time we waste hours here for an eye exam. read more

recently got glasses at this vision center after trying the glasses for two weeks I returned them as they were little better than no glasses. at the dr's office they seemed to not care. so I left the glasses there believing they would credit my account. as of 3 weeks later no results. this is not a place you want to get glasses.. read more

The Wal Mart tire service center is like a scene from the movie "Idiocracy". Brought my Ford E-250 cargo van in to get a bolt removed from a tire. After 45 minutes employees started informing me that they couldn't jack my van up ( 1 wheel! ). At first I thought they were joking. I asked them to put it on a lift but they said it was too heavy! 5600 lbs + 500 lbs of tools- ridiculous! The Co-Manager James didn't know what to do or how to do it. Neither did anyone else. I have regularly jacked up that van myself in front of my house with a little 1 1/2 ft long 3/4 ton jack with no problems. I had to leave with the bolt still stuck in the tire. I called the corporate office and left a complaint. Jeff called me back and re-iterated that my van was too heavy to jack up! ROFL! I called the whole bunch of them clowns, and Jeff got insulted and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and don't let the Wal-Mart tire service people touch your vehicle! They seem to go out of their way to staff up with the least experienced and least intelligent people they can find. Training is apparently non-existent at any level.
