What a FANTASTIC experience at this location! I had to return a damaged item and Cathy in customer service was so helpful! She was polite, friendly, and professional. Everything with the return and refund was quick and painless! I chose to look around this store after the return as I had some Kohl's cash burning a hole in my pocket and wanted to use it. Debbie was at the register when I checked out. I apologized to her actually because when I walked in she oh so cheerfully, with a huge smile on her face, greeted me into Kohl's. I was so focused on trying to find Customer Service that while I said hi back, I didn't really engage with her. When I went to check out my items to purchase I apologized if I came off rude. She was so gracious and stated she knew I was focused and nothing to apologize about. I pointed out how friendly she is and impressed I was with her efficiency with getting people checked out and on their way while also being engaging with the customers- a true art form! Do NOT go here for Amazon returns. They ALWAYS tell me I have to have my return boxed up. No other location (that I have been to) ever tells me that. I've been a Kohl's customer for years, but this is the friendliest Kohl's I've ever been in!! We met here to start a girl's day and what a start. We were greeted by an employee in the parking lot. She might have been getting off shift. Inside the employees went above and beyond to assist and make sure we found everything. It was like having a personal shopper! Today was the 1st time I've ever set foot in a Kohl's. I was in a hurry and needed to get a little PJ gift for a family member who is having to spend a few days in the hospital. This Kohl's on Parker Road was convenient. Since I am not a shopper, I was pleasantly surprised to find this store almost empty . . . of both customers and sales staff. The deserted floor gave me time to select just what I wanted without someone hanging over my shoulder with a "Need help finding something?" every couple of minutes. After selecting my purchases, I looked around for a sales clerk, a sales desk, or just someone to give my hard earned dollars to . . . nada. After wandering around ailmlessly for a few minutes I finally realized they have the miserable place set up like a grocery store . . . all checkout happens up front by the doors. Hmmmm . . . . interesting! So who is watching the merchandise? Cameras? Lots of sales going on. I only spent 16.51 and saved 33.72. Of course, it was probably all overpriced to begin with . . . but, hey, I feel like I got a good deal! And that's what counts, right? read more

All Kohl's are not created equal! This one at the intersection of busy and busier (Arapahoe & Parker) has its problems. While it is the closest Kohls to my house, it seems to be the one I try not to go too. Don't get me wrong, they have decent merchandise and the super cheap Kohl's prices I love, but it is often messy, less then helpful customer service and crazy to park. Other Kohls make me want to wander and browse, this one makes me want to get in and get out. Now, it isn't terrible! I just prefer the Lone Tree one as far as service and overall experience. read more

Costumer service wasn't to bad! They got our return quickly, and carefully. Took about 5 minutes tops. Service itself was amazing. We were in and out within a matter of minutes. There are many different departments. From beds to shoes! I garuntee you can find what you are looking for here. I am saying four stars because the bathrooms needed some attention. There were towels and gum in the sink, and puke on the floor in one stall. Poo was smeared on the wall, and on the toilet. The men's room was a little better, not by much. I just went into this store and had friendly people help me and one being Issac a cashier. A man and woman standing there, employees by the way, I said can you check me out and was told by the man you can wait for him, meaning Issac to finish with the customer he was with. Another customer walks up and the other man takes her right away. I asked Issac for his manager because I wanted to compliment him and he told me that the guy standing there who told me to was actually a manager. I said you 2 can't wait on customers and the woman said I'm not a cashier have a good day. They are pathetic and horrible employees. They have a job and get a paycheck, do you job and if he's a manager, he is a poor excuse of one. Kohls needs to train their managers better and you don't talk to customers like that. read more

I like Kohls. Went here after seeing an afternoon movie and charged up my kohls card with all kinds of goodies. Got some holiday shopping out of the way and even got myself a few things. Everything is always on sale it seems, but not really any major bargins. The one downfall... They never have the shoes I want in my size and I have to drive to several other stores to find them. I am not the biggest fan of Kohl's because nothing ever seems to fit right or look that good. However for home stuff and picture frames and baby gifts you can't go wrong. I headed down here this morning in search of a sports bra and Maria was the most helpful sales person I've encountered in a store in a really long time. She said that if I called the store mid week next week she'll let me know if they got my size in and she'll set them aside for me until I can get back down there! Customer service is really high here (and maybe at all Kohl's stores?) and I really thought that the extra steps that Maria was taking were awesome. The kitchen section rocks and when they are having extra sales from 20-60% off you can get some great deals. They now have a whole line created by the food network and everything I've purchased is of great quality! Checking out the woman gave me an extra 15% off that was a friends and family discount so I had a 40% discount to begin with and then an additional 15%. Not shabby at all! read more

This store gives me a case of the sads. The employees are wonderful but the store is always so disorganized that it gives me anxiety and I don't even have anxiety issues! I came here to get a pair of workout pants and it was like a tornado hit the section! I grabbed a few pairs of pants that might have fit, tried them on and ending buying an ok-fitting pair of pants because I had a coupon so it came out to $16. After going to Ross and finding two pairs of pants for $24, I went back to Kohl's to return my purchase. I've definitely seen better organized stores. read more

Customer Service is suffering at this busy Kohls location. As Tim W. mentions, asking for extra savings at checkout will always get you far. However, beware of a beyond grouchy, clearly dehydrated checkout lady named "Anita W." - she denied my mom's senior citizen discount (it was a Wednesday, aka senior citizen day) and spoke to my mom in a really rude, condescending, and patronizing way as if my mom didn't understand English (though she's been in this country for 34 years). I realize it's the holidays, but damn - it's not like the job market in retail is hurting right around now - Anita W. could get a job anywhere else - just very disappointed that Kohls thought they saw potential in her. On a more positive note, my mom left her sunglasses in the dressing room, and although we went back to look for them once we realized they were lost will no luck, I was pleased that the 'Lost and Found' rep was so courteous and helpful when we asked for help. read more

I love Kohls. I went to the store on S. Wadsworth today. Everything was on sale, from 10% to 55% off. I also applied for a credit card and got an extra 20% off, so I ended up saving more than I spent. They always have sales in all of their departments, and it's the first place I go when I need something for the house (or me). Also, I had no problem finding sales clerks at this location. read more

Based on the other reviews of this Kohl's location, I'm in the minority in having a great experience. I went on a Saturday night, meaning that it was easy to find parking and navigate the store. I found the clearance racks in the women's and junior's sections to be impeccably organized and neat, almost so much as to be out of the ordinary for Kohl's. While shopping for cosmetics, I received assistance from an incredibly helpful associate who was very knowledgeable about the various brands Kohl's carries, and I didn't feel like she was simply trying to sell me the most expensive option (as one does a certain store that starts with S and ends with ephora). I had a memorable experience here and I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. read more

I have several friends who are Kohl's fanatics. It's okay for me. I do love their selection of Junior clothing which allows me to find plenty of suitable things for my daughter. The selections for myself are not so extensive and pretty pricey. I don't like this location as much as I like the Park Meadows location but this one is convenient. I think I am probably going to opt out of this store and stick with JC Penneys for bottoms due to better pricing. This location is clean, organized, and the staff is decent. read more

5:30 PM on 19 August. Clerks and managers at this store DEFINITELY need more training. Five of us were standing in line waiting for a cashier, a group cut the line and the next clerk served them without saying anything, pointing out the waiting line, or even looking in the direction of the line. We tried to speak up and get her attention, no luck. Another clerk served me and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, which was nice, but when the manager came over she listened, apologized and walked off without a word to the clueless clerk. Kohl's is like an evil JC Penny. Clothing is their big thing but they also have some kitchen and dining things as well as other stuff for the home. JC Penny *always* has things marked on sale (this t-shirt! regular priced $45.99, now on sale for $22.00), Kohl's has a similar tactic except you only get the sale price if you have been sure to collect the appropriate coupons. Without coupons everything is overpriced. I see some love coupons and the impression of saving money, but I find it very annoying. I want to get in, get my item at a fair price and get out as quickly as possible. I recently planned out my visit to buy a single item by shopping their app, I found it, verified that with the appropriate coupons the price was fair, so I went to the store to buy it. Problem is the price on the website and in the app was not the price at the store and Kohl's does not honor their online prices in store, despite there being a "pick up in store" option. So I found myself now buying the item online (with the right coupons), choosing pick up in store, then going to lunch before returning to pick up the item in order to get a fair price. The store is also overstuffed making navigating the floor annoying and things are typically in disarray. I once found the men's dressing room being used as a storage closet. Making shopping a hassle every step of the way is why Kohl's gets a single star. read more

Customer service return line took 45 minutes to get through during mid-week and mid-day. Then the refund was incorrect. When I explained why, I was told I could wait about 30 minutes to talk to a manager. Seriously? Everything I returned had attached tags and a receipt. Tried to return items at store, that I had bought online and had order number, but bar code wasn't showing up for some reason. Was told she couldn't look up how much I paid by order number. Said I could return without receipt but would only get $25 per item back when I knew I paid more. How can a company not look up what I paid by order number?? Was also told could look up by credit card used, but would only look up last order. Problem was I placed initial order but was going to old address, so had to re-direct what I could to Fedex store. Tried to stop order but couldn't so re-ordered same items to deliver to current address. Second time around got Kohls cash, not first so wanted to return on first order placed. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and still didn't get items returned. I think she either didn't know or didn't care to try and find first order. What a waste! read more

Had a gift card for 25.00 , bought 2 pairs of yoga shorts for on line the size chart was wrong and the shorts were too big, took them back received two gift cards one for 8.13 and the other for 7.92 (11.62 each) plus two kohl's cash for 2.50 which is 21.05 . Went to buy two tops for 13.70 they gave me back 2.35. And that's the policy THAT'S how they roll . And have the nerve to say you saved 19.27. NO I got screwed for ten bucks. I bought a ring here back in May. Before purchasing I made it very clear that I may have to return it because my fingers tend to swell. The woman working at jewelry assured me there would be no issues but she lied. She actually signed me up for a khols card which I did not acknowledge until after the fact, which ended up screwing me over in the long run. Now it's been over 5 months later and khols still won't return my money. They have made multiple attempts to send a check for my refund but for some reason there is always an excuse for why it can't be delivered. I have gotten multiple my bills from khols since the purchase but not a check. I believe they are holding my money in hopes I forget about it. Absolutely ridiculous. On 11/2/2016, I went in to this Kohl's, to exchange a pair of pants for the correct size---I purchased the pants, at the same store, on 10/29/2016---this transaction should have taken about 10 minutes. I first went to the pants display to pick up the correct size, Kohl's did not have it. I looked for an employee---they were all in a group meeting,10 minutes after the store had opened---to ask where customer service was. At customer service, I asked the lone employee if she could look up the correct size pants ---that Kohl's did not have it, neither did the 4 to 5 stores she looked up. No problem, just ship me the correct size. They can't do that! At this point, another employee came over to "help" me. She wanted me to return the incorrect size pants, with only a cash or store credit refund, she said Kohl's could not refund my debit card and buy---at $56---the correct size pant through their online kiosk and then come back! to Kohl's to get the $28 refund! I kept insisting Kohl's just exchange the pants and ship me the correct size, a simple way to do this, and I am not paying more for the pants, since I already paid for the pants. I ended up taking the cash refund and leaving the store---30 minutes later. At home I emailed Kohl's and filed a complaint. At 11:21pm, last night, I received a generic-mass email from Kohl's explaining they will contact the Arapahoe Crossing Kohl's to review their policies. Very disappointed with Kohl's. Interesting thing is...I was planning on spending more money with Kohl's, instead TJ Maxx received my patronage. Two stars, because the employees were professional, just not helpful. read more
