Aurora Walmart SuperCenter, Store #5334 : I like this location, since ONE its OPEN 24 hours a day. Since working with odd hours and I CAN ONLY shop after 10pm, for my weekly or fortnight grocery needs, this Walmart SuperCenter, has been my "savior" in many ways. One, when shopping at those weird or odd hours, not so many people or patrons alike. From my observation, perhaps WEDNESDAY is their STOCKING UP DAY. I may be wrong in this. Since for all the Tuesday evenings, I have been to, alot of goods on the shelves are pretty empty, and they have tonnes of goods still "wrapped" up on the crates. Then if I were to go during a THURSDAY evenings, things are slightly better. All in all, I am OK shopping here coz it saves me the time and money when needed. BUT during Thanksgiving Day evening, DO NOT GO here at all cost. I guess its all with the deals and the unruly patrons who "swamped" at this Walmart, that gave me a "bad experience" shopping here. Ohmygod. SO MUCH BETTER than the Walmart by the Aurora mall. About 10 minutes further out of my way, but well worth it. This is most gigantic, clean, well organized Walmart I have ever seen in or out of CO. It's like a Super Walmart and a Home Depot joined together. You need ANYTHING, they've probably got it. This place even has a freakin' Papa Murphy's in it!! Oh, and it's open 24-7. My only complain is the temperature. Apparently when you've got a Walmart that rivals Mall of America, it's difficult to control. We came around 10pm and it was hotter inside than it was outside. It wasn't stifling, but it was maybe 70 outside and ten degrees hotter inside, so definitely noticeably and uncomfortable warm. read more

Let's get this out, I am not the biggest supporter of Walmart in general, but I thought I would let you all in on a cool thing that Walmart has been doing with it's Aurora SuperCenter location. This Aurora WalMart is located off of Tower road and it incorporates all sorts of mean green sustainable strategies. This Walmart SuperCenter uses photovoltaics, wind turbines, incorporates evaporative cooling for the AC, uses radiant floor heating for the cold days in the winter, reflective exterior coatings, LED lighting, xeriscaped landscaping and much more. Visiting the store is a show on its own, as the green technology surrounds the SuperCenter like you're at Disneyland. Check it out so you can at least see a different side of Walmart. * Star one is for going out on a limb to make a green statement ** Star two is for having pride and having the windmill *** Star three is for Aurora being the second green store... maybe all Walmarts can go green? They have two nasty associates in the electronics department who acted like it was a burden to help get a charger. one woman asked me "what I wanted" while her co worker glared at me and practically threw my purchase at me. This Walmart has a better selection than the one near my house on Exposition Ave. They have a larger layout and more registers. The cashiers have been fine and they have most products in stock. I'm going to try to raise the average for this store, it shouldn't be only one star. read more

I waited for OVER THIRTY MINUTES WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR IN 13 DEGREE WEATHER FOR MY GROCERIES. CALLED THE STORE TWICE AND WAS TOLD THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN. That's not my problem if you know that orders are in starting at seven you should be outside checking for cars it is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous the way that they handled themselves. Well I was surprised how flawless was the service at this Walmart. There were greeting person at both doors And things were easy to find. The place was clean. There was a policeman walking inside and the police car in front of Walmart as usual. But there was no trouble. Their collection of food and yogurt is up-to-date which was pleasant (and delicious). I am getting pretty sick and tired of entering this WalMart and not getting the least bit of service. Today I stood as the only person in front of four women working at the deli station. I tried to get their attention, but they just looked right through me. As I stood there, obviously wanting to purchase some things, they talked among themselves and ignored me, their only customer at 10 a.m. This happens all the time at this store. Amazing. Probably the most clean and well stocked Walmart I have ever been in. I am so tempted to return at 3am to see if it was an illusion.... Service was great. This WalMart in the northern edge of Aurora is a huge store and has all the things you both love and hate about the place. It's a massive store so don't expect to run in and run out in a couple minutes. And the parking lot will probably be a bit chaotic. I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon and was expecting the worst, but my visit was not too bad. I found some produce I needed for the week, and a lamp. I also bought some packing supplies which rang up as being on sale. The shelf price was actually higher, I ended up going back in for a second time to stock up on that one item since it was on sale. Most reviewers have complained of the long check out lines here, but my experience was pretty good. They had quite a few lanes open, and things were moving along. read more

I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have had at any Walmart. I went to purchase a robot vacuum because it was on sale. I did not want to wait for the delivery so I went to the store that the website said had plenty in stock. When I got to the register the young lady ringing us up could not even get anyone to come to her register and had to go to the customer service desk to get the attention of the woman that told me her name was Alma, but was not wearing a name tag at all. The sale was $199 and it rang up $299 the protection was supposed to be $24 and rang up $34. Alma was more than a bit aggravated that she even had to come over to where we were checking out. She told me first thing that just because there is a price on the website doesn't mean that is the price for it period. We told her the display in the back of the store is marked for $199 and offered to walk back there and show her where we got the item. She told us she would not be walking anywhere. She was looking for it in her hand held. Then she said whatever to the poor girl at the register and to ring it for $199. So we asked about the protection and she said she was not changing the price of that because she was already giving us $100 off of the product and that issue is handled. When I told her that the issue is not that we were asking for something that was not an advertised price online and in her store she said I have already done enough for you this is over. I asked for the store manager and she told me he was not in. Asked when he would be in she told me sometime tomorrow. My husband said you don't know when he will be at work? She said no and then went to walk away acting like she just gave us $100 that was some kind of customer service gesture. Like she did not just over charge us for the protection. I then asked her how that made sense when I could order it online from her store and pay the correct price. She said then order it there for pick-up. I asked her if I could pay for it in the app and pick it up on my way out. She said no you can wait till they message you that it is ready. At this point she had already wasted my time for long enough so I boughy it being ripped off for 10 bucks still made me angry. So I tried to call the store today to speak with the store manager and no one answered. I am so unhappy that someone who is supposed to be guiding their staff on how to do things right and withhold proper business ethics. Terrible terrible terrible!!!! I have been here many times and every time I need something, either workers don't speak English or they aren't available to help me. This time was my last straw. The associate rung up our trampoline, and asked if we wanted the protection plan. I said no, but my husband said yes. The cashier then said he already pushed no. So we had to specifically ask him to void out the transaction and rering it up. Seriously!?? We had to ask him?!!! Then came time to pay for the bill. My husband payed cash and the cashier actually told my husband that he is carrying way too much cash around. That set me off. I went into the Walmart to get supplies for camping all the items I needed were locked behind glass I called for an associate and no one came we waited quite a while we went and looked for another associate and still no one came there was a young gentleman walking by named Adam don't know his last name but he was dark in color and very kind he was our savior he stopped what he was doing he came over open the glass cage for us He took time to help us with the best option Then guided us to our next Destiination which turned out to be behind glass as well Once again we waited for an associate no one came after 10 minutes a lady walked up and stood in front of us and when the associate returned she helped her instead of us so I walked around Walmart trying to find someone just to open the glass cage asked three workers and no one had time So I went and found Adam he was kind enough to come back from the other side of the store and unlock the cage and help us to get our items on all we were at Walmart for over an hour to get two items but our friend Adam made our experience OK I just want to give him kudos and a shout out for being such a great worker and I am glad that Walmart is so busy during this difficult time thank you Adam for saving our day read more

Why do I go to Wal Mart?!?! Because after work, I am tired, and I do not want to stop at several stores for my goods. That said, I have given up on their clothes. I don't think I can rock anything that is a wal mart label. Everything fits weirdly. I also have trouble steering my cart around the store with the fellow locals. I guess they haven't gotten their "cart licenses" and forget to keep to one side of the aisle, or to have a tiny bit of courtesy sometimes. I put away my polite girl attitude and move into "I am in Aurora now, move out my way !" attitude. I am sorry , but I lived in Aurora for ten years....it isn't sweet suburbia. It is the jungle. I am always polite, but I am not going to stand there clearing my throat for five minutes while you discuss chocolate chips with your cousin and your combined 15 children you brought with you....(who, btw, are all running up and down the aisles... you are blocking the aisle and your kids are endangering themselves in a possible major "cart to face" accident because they are running. I am cool with bringing your babies to the store.) ....but keep them in check women ! And I am also not going to double back down the aisle because you do not have the common courtesy to move when someone wants to proceed...and you choose to ignore them. Just sayin'... I decided to use the self-checkout as usual, because I cannot stand lines....and the cashier in charge was patient and kind and classy. Not sure what to say. I walked in asking to get 2 tires changed and was promptly turned away after I was unsure of my tire size. Every other place I've been to, even other Walmart tire centers, at least made either an effort to help me find the right tire or did it automatically by asking me the type of car I drive. After finding out the info myself I came back , told them only to have them send me back to the garage where one of the gentlemen again checked for the tire size. The older gentleman with glasses at this auto service is absolutely terrible. He lied to my face telling me it was a 3 hour wait while only having one car in the garage that was almost complete! I know this because a young lady came out (who had told me it was going to be an hour wait 3 min earlier) and yelled at the moron for telling me it was going to be a 3 hour wait while only having that car in the garage. Went in for oil change and tire rotation on my car. They estimated 1.5 hours, after 2 hours the counter worker told me "your car will be done when its' done". Finally they told my car was done, and the delay was due to an oil leak. When I was leaving I discovered the tire rotation was not done. It's been a few weeks and no a drop of oil on my parking spot. So, rude, and likely dishonest. Almost every oil change I've ever had was at a Walmart, and ever tire purchased as well. This was worst experience ever. read more

OMFG!!! I could bomb Walmart rn! First my delivery order for $200 in groceries-including Christmas dinner supplies- gets jacked by their stupid effing driver that they contracted. I had to go into the store and deal with the assistant manager for almost an hour and a half. And in that time I could have shopped for my own shit! Then come to find out, the actual manager threw together my order for me. Which I was super thankful for. UNTIL I got home and started going through it... I am missing half of my order!!!!
