If I could give them a zero, I would. I'm so tired of the associates who won't even try to assist the customers. Again, an item was priced with a sale tag, on the end isle, it rings up incorrectly and the associate refuses to leave from behind the counter to check the tag, not even 100 ft from her. I was also told the automotive department would assist me with sporting goods item, as it was locked in a cabinet, again, the associate insisted its not her department. Advised, we would have to go to the front of the store for assistance. These same two associates have been rude to my husband I, more than once. I'm sure it's our color, as we were not the same race as them and they had no problem being nice to the 2 other guys they rang up. They even tag teamed to assist their 'brothers' , yet we had to get attitude. Of course, the manager won't even pick up the phone when I call and get put on hold, forever! Maybe you should put more money into training your associates I instead of putting more merchandise in your store. Even the remodeling didn't help the store, as you can never get associates to help in most departments. I left a buggy with almost $300 worth of items in the isle. Don't go there at night, you'll never get through the lines. Mangers standing around talking with employees while the lines to checkout are around the corner. They shut down most of the self check outs so it's just as bad there. On top of it all they are rude about it. I tried to talk to a manager about it after standing in line for 30 minuets to check. I only had 4 items. After complaining to the manager I just got a response of '' I'll look into it'' she didn't look like she wanted to hear it. Never the less worst Wal-Mart in DFW. Can not get a single person to answer the phones no matter what selection you choose.

This is buy far the WORST CUSTOMER CARE I've ever experienced at a Walmart store. I came in attempting to pick up some necessary items on a trip from out of state. The items I needed were behind a locked area (who locks up men's under shirts?! I mean...seriously?!!) and no manager was on duty. I asked for help from no less than five people...one line manager at the front and a lady working in the apparel section. No one had the key. Apparently, the person who normally ha the key had "gone home" for the day and NO ONE was willing or able to take responsibility, get the key, and open the door! I waited for half an hour and after speaking with multiple people, left empty handed. Undershirts were the first on my shopping list of 6 items I needed to get. I didn't bother attempting to pick up anything else. Horrible horrible treatment...ignored, brushed off, treated like I, the customer, wasn't worth their time. I was fully masked and fully compliant with health care measures. The people working here need additional training or a new job. read more

If I could give a 0, I would. Came to the auto department of Walmart off Lake June for an oil change. The lady we were supposed to talk to had no clue what she was doing. A customer before us said she was arguing with her husband on the phone instead of taking orders. She FINALLY takes our order for a standard oil change. 2 HOURS LATER (And trust me, they weren't busy) They ring us up a total of 80$ for what?! They told us they did synthetic and that's what we need to pay. We refused so both managers came to fix the issue and were so UNPROFESSIONAL telling us "next time it's going to be this much." Not even a single apology for the mix up. Next time, (not that there will be one!!) don't do something to my car w/o my consent! I will NEVER return to an auto department at ANY Walmart ever again. read more

Went to Walmart automotive dept. on Lake June Rd. and they denied changing the tires that came with my car when I purchased it. I came here the other day and they were about to change my tires no problem. I just didn't have the money to change them in the immediate moment.. I find it ridiculous being that Ive changed my tires with Walmart the past 3 years and never had this happened before.. I was about to go in and purchase more items. But this left a sour taste in my mouth so I declined to even bother with this location. It's raining cats and dogs and their actions now put my immediate safety at risk.. The employees walk around yelling and cussing in front of all the guest, definitely don't bring your kids. I've been here multiple times and the aisles are never stocked, especially the frozen food section. Yet the store is always packed because every person needs to bring 5+ people with them to the store and they all stand in the middle of the aisles. Basically, the vision center is unsanitary. I've been to other optical places and they wipe down all machinery that touches the face. Walmart stores have changed so much over the past decade. Not only did they lose the "squiggly" between Wal and Mart, but many of them have lost their "customer service is #1" attitude. I had to have a price check and instead of waiting for the department, about 20 seconds after calling them the cashier walks off to check the price herself, leaving a line of customers yelling at me to, "Just pay and take your stuff!" Apparently they do not know how this shopping and pay thing works! I wish it were as easy as they had yelled it because 7 minutes later the cashier comes back to me the blanket I didn't want was one price and she didn't know about the one we were actually waiting on. I said that the gentleman who had told me the price was at the manager's stand. She couldn't leave to ask him because her line was too long. "Uh, excuse me. I watched 4 people leave the line because you went to the back of the store, but you can't walk 5 feet to ask the department head what the price of the one I told you I wanted was, even though you spent 10 minutes finding out the price of the one I told you to put back because it was double the shelf price!?!?" I recently went to this location to pick up a store pick up package. I received a notification my package was ready to be picked up. I was instructed that the hours of operation were from 10am-10pm. I arrived at the location at 9:28. Waited for a couple of mins. I was in line behind a lady whom I believed was in line to be helped. Come to find out she was blocking the line, she was an employee. I asked her if the hours were from 10-10. She said she did not know but I could talk to the manager at the register. The so called manager that goes by the name of Karen. Immediately denied to help me. She said they closed at 9:30 for layway. Which I then stated that I was not there for layway. I was there to pick up a package. She told me she could not help me. I told her then why did the email I received say you closed at 10pm. She said I do not know. The last customer she was helping looked at me. She then added I called up here and they told me you all closed at 10pm. The customer was finishing up the transaction with Karen and had no reason to add that but she did. I believe that Karen was not trying to help me and was very rude and disrespectful. She should not be in customer service as she is not knowledgable in the subject.
