So, I tend not to buy outfits...meaning, I don't look for shirts that may go with my pants or vice versa. Well, this Lady noticed that I was struggling as I was trying to decide which pair of pants to buy. She took charge and advised me of possible choices that were better fits for my type of body. Man, I never expected this type of service at a Macy's! During my fitting, Divina would bring me sweaters that would go with the pants that I was trying out. Let me tell you, this Lady knows style!!! After trying out several outfits, I decided to buy ALL of the choices that she had gotten for me. If you use "Star Money" points on a purchase and later have to return your items, their system breaks down and shortchanges your actual cash. On a total out-of-pocket spend of roughly $60 across two items, their system only refunded me approximately $50 when I returned everything. An online supervisor admitted the glitch but refused a manual fix because of my lack of "prior purchase history." Do not fall for the Star Money trap--their system will steal your hard-earned credit card funds on a 100% complete return. Macy's Corporate needs to fix this error and refund my account.

It is hard to rate Town East Mall when there are so many great franchises that reside in this…read moreestablishment. The reason for the low rating is that the management does not value the money the franchises are giving them by using some of the money to keep up the grounds which includes security and managing the restrooms. Is there security, yes. Are they helpful, no. They either stand up as a group and chat or sit in their vehicle rather than patrolling the grounds and deterring bad behavior. Moreover, the restrooms are out of order, with no regular maintenance to ensure they stay clean and well stocked. (See pictures of how the men's restroom looked for the week of Black Friday and how much worse it got by the Christmas holidays.) I feel the store options in this mall is top quality, yet the management needs to pay more attention to keeping the grounds up which includes expectations for the security staff they hire. Do more for the people, Town East Mall management team? We deserve for our community similar events that North Park Mall and the Galleria offer their guests.

This one has a huge ULTA section so if you do t feel like going to the actual ULTA store you might be able to get stuff from this Target. We came for water but we ended up spending almost $200. Got clothes, snacks, and yes we got water. They have plenty of registers but only one was open with a actual teller. Also plenty of self-check out which I'm not a huge fan of. If I have one or two items sure I'll use it. But if I have a ton of stuff., no way i'm going to use self-check out. I still love Target though.

The manager says no I can't do that you need your receipt have to return them I said I'm not looking to return them I want them I just have two left shoes and There is a box with two right shoes. Even her associates was explaining to her in Spanish all I was trying to do and she kept shaking her head and she page for the lady that runs the department. Nobody came up in the so-called manager told me that I would need my receipt before I could exchange or return them. The sad part is I bought it on my credit card, and I wasn't looking to return them, but she wasn't willing to help at all, even when I associate let her know that's all I was trying to do.
