They have a bad attitude that yells out clearly "I don't care". The store is dirty, the bathrooms are always a stinky dirty mess. One of the people in the pharmacy made the comment that how my Doc prescribe my med is "wrong". My Doc and the doctors I have seen through the years are very qualified doctors. For a pharmacist that does not know me or my doctor at all to have made that comment was very unethical. She is not A doctor! She is not a medical director. Is even dangerous for her to make a comment like that. We patients work with our doctors and are under their care. Personally I see extremely qualified doctors. Long time ago another pharmacist made a comment similar to that. Years ago in another pharmacy. My doctor got so angry he called them himself complaining and advising of the dangers of making statement to patients that go against his treatment. This time I did not want to bother my doctor with it. He is busy and I already know not to listen to an unethical comment made by someone who thinks they are more qualified than they are. I stopped by the customer service counter to ask if the coupon applied to the special flavors and they said YES, so it was off to the frozen aisle. Can I just say this flavor is amazing!? On my first visit I was greeted warmly by Dr Dat. Explained my needs and he measured my leg/knee to find an accurate fit for a nice knee support brace. I would rather come here than ordering a brace online because this way the fit is accurate. Prices are also competitive with what the surgeons office was offering. I will be back for my future medical needs.
