Walmarts customer service is atrocious. Upon spending $750 and waiting for at least 7 hours for four new tires at our local Walmart, we had one of the wheels fall off while driving. The simple reason why is that the lug nuts came loose and fell off. Both the guy who pulled over to help and the tow truck driver agreed that it was loose lug nuts that caused it to fall off. While we were lucky that no one got hurt, the back end of our truck got damaged pretty heavily. Of course, we filed a claim with Walmart and after a week of waiting and having to pay almost $100 in cab fares to get to work, we have been informed that our claim was denied. I am now well aware of the recommended process of Re-torquing the wheels after so many miles as a safety precaution. However, it is only a recommendation and not a requirement. It was also never verbally presented to us by the automotive department. So basically after spending $750 on the tires, $100 in cab fares and $100 to get the truck towed from the road, I am $950 down and have been told that I won't be helped in any way. This isn't the first time we have received terrible customer service from Walmart, however, it will be the last time. I can tell you right now that if this were a Target problem that it would have been resolved by now. Walmart is the most profitable company in the world and they should be able to help put things back in order and help the person who chose to give them the business in the first place. Your reputation for low prices might be what keeps you in business but your awful service and lack of care for your customers will be your downfall. Right now I just want some help in getting this sorted out and get my truck back to the way it was. read more

The emplyees must be getting lazy. Whomever stocks can goods just places the new stock and the cardboard on the shelf. The cardboard covers the product item title so you can't read what the item is. You have to lift each item to be able to find what you are looking for. Branson needs a real grocery store that is clean and the prices are fair. The only clean store sells items way higher than the cheaper, dirtier stores. That sucks!!! read more

VERY bad customer service here. Tried to use a gumball machine and got nothing. I talked to three people here and was told they had nothing to do with the vendor, who I should go to for my money back. What they SHOULD have done was refund my money, tape the machine shut so no one else would lose money and deal with the vendor themselves since the machines are inside their store on their property. Why would you open your store to a vendor and then put up your hands and say Nope, not me! Not responsible. VERY VERY BAD customer service - actually no customer service at all. read more

My wife had her doctor send in her prescriptions in while she was at the doctors office. She saw them send it while we were there. 5 hours later we arrived at the pharmacy to pick up the prescription. We Waited 20 minutes in line to get up to the counter online to find out that the only filled 1 of the 2 prescriptions, supposedly the second had just arrived, and it would be 25 minutes before it would be ready. The medicine was a prefilled injectable pen that just had to be put into a bag and into the system. But still had to come back. Waited the 25 minutes only to come back to a line of 11 people and one cashier, got in line ,waited 10 minutes only for 1 customer to be served. Needless to say we left went to Walgreens in Hollister had them transfer those prescriptions over and had them in hand in 15 minutes after arrival. Oh ya the cashier at Walmart was really rude also, we asked her how much the 2nd prescription would cost after insurance she rolled her eyes and said you will just have to wait till after it is filled. Between the way the cashier acted, and the extensive waiting, we had Walgreens transfer all our prescriptions over to them, 13 not including the 2 new ones, which equals a ton of money Walmart lost. read more

I appreciate that Walmart in Branson is FINALLY carrying a FEW more organic products. It's been very slow, but it is happening. Having said that, now they need to put up signs and really start enforcing that people CAN'T leave their pets in the car while they shop. Summer is coming and I don't care if you're a visitor or not, there ARE OTHER OPTIONS than to leave your pet in the car. Step up Walmart. This has to stop. People if you can't come to Walmart without leaving your pet in the car, then DON'T COME!!! read more

The tire care center is so unbelievably slow and mismanaged. All the employees are nice and friendly but an oil change, despite being told "30-40 minutes", you better plan on two hours and there are never enough employees back there. People bring cart loads of groceries back to this register as opposed to paying at the regular registers and they clog up the one employee working. The people there for tire and vehicle services should take priority. They also like to put the wrong oil in your car, or as they describe it, "they pressed the wrong button." A quick check under the hood finds oil spilled all over the place so you get to smell burning oil which hey, who doesn't like that? Another fun fact is their tire rotation service reveals a half flat tire the next morning because the valve stem was loose so I get to spend more of my weekend to get that fixed. While none of these issues are the end of the world this shouldn't be this complicated or problematic. Ironically this tire and oil center is far from a well oiled machine. The employees are again, nice and courteous so I commend them since friendly employees are hard to find, but I can't recommend this place in any way, shape or form. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

This store is the absolute worst store in the state of Missouri. The Manager could care less - just there for his paycheck. There is a supervisor - Carol Hut who should NEVER be allowed to deal with customers. She will stand and watch while the customers stand in line - sometimes as long as 30 minutes - and she does nothing. If you ask her to help, she shouts at you saying we don't have anymore help. I had an occasion to use the Money Center and they had a lady who was doing her very best; however, ran into a problem and had to call for help. Guess who the help was - Carol Hut. She stood over her and really never did help her but all the while she was on her phone and walked off. When I went to the Manager he got someone else to help me but never did get my transaction completed. They charged my bank twice but did not send the money. I even had the bank on the phone and Carol refused to speak with them, insisting Walmart did not charge me. They DID and I had to go to the bank to straighten it out. I am NEVER, NEVER, NEVER going to that store again. I will drive to Springfield before I will set food in that store ever again. They simply do not care about the customers and the place is a zoo with too many supervisors running around and not enough help. D O N E!!!!! read more
