As for the outside, it was all very clean, and the park is well put together and upkept! It's a very safe area and exactly what I remember as a kid. I can always depend on good cuts of quality meat, great selection of authentic cheeses (the Italian stuff is legit), and I can gorge on the samples throughout the store. I'm even a fan of the hot dog combo, and I'll pop in for a quick bite when I'm in the area. We became business members when we needed our entire HVAC system replaced. The discounts we received paid for the premium membership for a few years! We also took advantage of their travel service and was amazed at the accommodations and amenities offered at a price that seemed dubious at first but proved to be all inclusive. But for such a huge store with a wide variety of everything from Halloween decorations to windshield wipers, I'll pop in every week just for a gallon of milk and quart of cream. Being less than a mile from the house it's a no-brainer.

In addition to the cheap gas and the cheap but wonderful value from the food court items, they do keep this Costco clean with of course all their signature products (in bulk) available for your consumer purchasing. I wound up getting some snacks here including those grass-fed beef sticks and the skinny peanut butter cups, both which were on sale. They also have unique louisiana items such as bulk louisiana hot sauce. I was hoping to find some boudin items here but sadly none were to be found. Obviously if I'm in Lafayette again, this will always be a stop for the gas. And if I'm craving a soft serve ice cream or hot dog.

Those things are only there for a short time and can include clothes, shoes, household items, kitchen tools, pet supplies and much more. Some of my favorite foods are the cheeses, meat selections, frozen foods, mushrooms, berries, citrus fruits, canned goods, spices and so much more. Bring a quarter for the shopping cart and get it back when you leave. Bring your own bags or buy some at the store.

Well after being put through the embarrassment of that accusation it was determined that he had not done what he was accused of by this employee. (A heavy set white lady with a very bad haircut). I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately she didn't have her name tag on her shirt. She did not give this gentleman any type of apology after falsely accusing him of shoplifting. I put in a description just so management if they happen to read this can sit down and talk to her about this incident. Not only about accusing this man of doing what he didn't do but about not apologizing to him afterwards.

The first two times I shopped here, I was charged twice for the same item which I noticed by looking at my receipt as I walked to the ar.. I returned to the store and got a refund. Waste of time. I notified corporate office in Texas and they never responded indicating they condone this scammy behavior to get more profit. The last time I was there, the checkout clerk tore the itemized portion of the receipt off and kept it - this way I could not check to see if I was overcharged. Nor can you.
