Having said that, of the 15 or so places in Lafayette where you can purchase fresh boudin and cracklings, I would rate this place as 3rd or 4th in my book which means there are still dam good. Lol. This is a small grocery store so getting in, out and back in the road is very fast. In fact, I can whip in here and get burgers, cracklings, a case of beer and be back in my car in 4 minutes. These are no frills stores and have what you need when you need it. What I enjoy about these stores are the exceptional promotional T-shirts with the witty sayings on them like, "I love my Pig" or " I dig the Pig" or "The Pigs with me". These T-Shirts are priceless. Will be back occassionally when visiting family in town.
